You cannot occupy land that's historically yours and which was illegally occupied by Jordan and Egypt from 1948 to 1967. When for almost 20 years those countries occupied it, it was no problem to the world but as soon as the Jews liberated the land that was ethnically cleansed from Jews in 1948, a big portion of the world started protesting.
