@@DRob-gq3ki how would I feel about an actor handling what was supposed to have been a cleared weapon by the armorer on set? I'd be furious of course. But not at the actor? The actor is acting. Did they have a person responsible for handling weapons on set? Yes they did. Did that person do their job? No they did not. That's the person who is responsible obviously.
"Cold gun," or "hot gun" does not matter. You always treat a gun as if it's loaded and able to kill people.
Halls is the guilty one,so is Gutierrez, who the hell puts live rounds in a prop gun, only someone who knew the script and knew who was going to handle the gun.
It was a cheap-ass, corner-cutting production. Regardless of what he's saying, he appears to have allegedly violated basic gun safety practices and endangered the crew. This is one a jury needs to decide with proper instructions from the judge. It's a difficult case.

His Attorney gave the proper statements….there are 2 people responsible for checking the firearm before handing it off to the actor who should not have to worry about if the gun has a live round in it and I seriously doubt Alec could even tell the difference between the fake rounds & real rounds. Live rounds should have never been on set I think it was done on purpose for what ever the reason seeing how they found another live round in another actors gun on set that to me sounds meditated
He doesn't ban his gun.
Any gun that can be fanned can have a trigger stick this isn't rocket science.
Why is there even a question about that. Just pointing a gun at another person is gross negligence. I do believe that so many safety procedures were bypassed but the most important one was Baldwin did not check the firearm before pointing it at another person. Whether or not his memory went defective about pulling the trigger is immaterial. If I am handed a gun, I assume that it could be loaded. I always check. I don care what I am told. Shooting someone is an act that cannot be undone.
18 months in jail is nothing compared to your mistake and the memory of the person who died because of you. For her and her son and her husband just go to jail.
Discipline breeds character. In this case a lack of discipline breeds an Actor who has to play characters. Maintaining a weapon means the giver clears the weapon in front of receiver and then the receiver clears the weapon.
How come they don't have a film of him when the gun actually goes off? He was being filmed at the time.

Anyone with a lick of common sense wouldn't need it explained to them. You said at first your first impression was that it was nonsense. Your first impression was correct, and then you let your brain get twisted around by fancy words, legalise, and bad legal logic and arguments. Any lawyer or politician can make 💩 sound good if they use enough words and fancy words. A discerning and discriminating mind can see through their nonsense. Like the founders said, beware power. Men and women are not angels and do at times misuse their positions for their own advancements and interests. The person whose job it was is responsible. While on set and in the role of actor, they depend on others to do their job so that they can safely do theirs. This is all incredibly st-pid. The DA and prosecutors and their political cheerleaders and defenders here are WRONG. Replace them all

"Pointed the gun at another human being" um have y'all seen movies? This is how they're made. Have you seen John Wick? Matrix? The prop manager and armoror is responsible for presenting the "prop" in a safe condition.
Let him have his day in court
Why hasn’t anyone questioned the person who was responsible for loading the guns, and why was there real ammo in the gun? Did the person responsible for preparing the props have beef with the person killed,I’d go back and check phone records and texts from deceased and prop handler.Mr.Baldwin is innocent, the person who loaded the gun he used, wanted Mr.Baldwin to take the blame and look guilty. But he is innocent. Also have the woman who loaded the gun take a polygraph and ask her the questions if she was jealous or hated the deceased person. She will break or confess, but Mr,Baldwin is innocent!😔prayers to Mr.Balwin for justice.🙏
"Didnt pull the trigger" 😂😂😂
All this so he could possibly face 18 months in prison. He’ll be out in like six months with good behavior people.
At some point in his career he put on a suit and never took it off

Get him!
HE was responsible for the WHOLE SET!!! He was the PRODUCER!! And there were misfires on set before this incident!! He shot after “Cut” he wanted fast charging of firearms without time to check the weapons!! He gave Hannah a DUAL ROLE, half armorer and half proper!! He let the prop personnel hand guns over to actors!! Sorry but this was absolutely NOT an accident, to many parameters that needed to fail for this to happen, and the B-crew all quit the day before…. I can smell a revenge action from far away!! Nothing like this just happened to happen the following day… it was created!
Seth Kenney made them all dirty…sad
He is so innocent, charge the person who was supposed to be in charge of checking that fake gun. Didn’t her husband already receive some compensation? It’s been 3 years already. Alec is innocent.

Ridiculous. This sounds like little more than an Alec hating party. Just imagine genders reversed. A female actress fires a gun killing someone, which the male armorer hired to insure the safe handling of any and all firearms on the set didn't do his job. What are the chances they would charge the actress? ZERO!
All of this happened in 2021 and the trial begins now? So much for the 6th amendment, "speedy and public trial."

Because actors have done that exact same thing in movies from the beginning of movie history. There are inumerable scenes in movies where a gun is pointed at another actor and the trigger is pulled. That why the armorers are there to make sure everything is safe. Go watch any movie with gun action and you’ll see this exact same thing. The issue in this case will be whether or not it is the industry standard for the ACTOR , after a prop gun has been handed to him and announced as being a “cold gun “ , then clears the gun for themselves before beginning the scene or rehearsing firing the gun. Have you ever been to universal studios western shows ? I been right there front row where the western show actor are pointing real firearms with blanks at each other and firing away.
LOL the audacity for anyone given a gun " i shouldn't have to check it, its not my job" then starts pretending hes a cowboy pointing and shooting 😂

You have an expert whose sole job it is to make sure that gun was safe when handing it over, that’s their entire job, and they handed it over saying it was safe. It wasn’t. Movie sets have armourers because the actors aren’t experts. Not all actors are Americans and some have never seen a gun in real life, let alone handled one. I’m not American. I’ve never seen or held a gun. Imagine a new soldier training to handle grenades, being handed a dummy grenade to practice pulling the pin and throwing, then blaming them when it blows up because they trusted the expert.
