at the angle your cars at theres a solid chance your oil pump isn't getting any oil. The pickup tube is located close to the right of the oil pan. If your oil level isn't at the maximum level then all your oil is pooled up at the other end of the pan.

Got a 57 plate 1.4 turbo diesel needs work ,starts and drives fine,needs a good tidy up.

Said before mate,Buy a fiesta ST,damaged,there are alot of kids that like them,plus they wana learn stuff,plus being a damaged one,your killing 2x birds with 1 stone. market is DIRE for selling a car,best wait till it warms up a bit,IE April May time. Happy Christmas dude

Why don’t you keep the DC5, get it running sweet and invest in a crash damaged Fiesta ST? The DC5 just isn’t going to get the money you want for it, particularly if you can’t get it running stable (at the moment). Hope it works out for you.

To think I sold my last dc5 7 years ago for 8k kills me! Considering it was supercharged and running like an absolute peach with no issues apart from a tiny spot of rust on one rear arch ( about half the size of a 5p ) I'd have a boosted dc5 back any day! But prices of them now I think I done well with mine when I had them. Bought them both for 7k in mint condition

Vauxhalls seem to create big views....look at jesse he had a corsa c recently,which got him loads of views because its a car so many have,now hes onto an astra

Buy a cheapish base car and do a track / clubsport build and get some content out in spring / summer with trackdays and changes in between for improving your times and the car. Rebuilding crash damaged cars is done to death

Go for it mate, you seem to like doing the work on cars so if you can do it and maybe make a few quid and gain some good content then it’s a win win 👍 Have you thought about putting your Dc5 back to standard ? It maybe a better way of recouping some of your money and also it could make some content 🤔

These cars are very sensitive to low fuel. I've had over 1/4 when pulling up before then the day drive it's barely showing any fuel, you will get fuel surge very easily too

Buy a proper jump pack from Halfords £100 these booster packs are shit. Always place negative first

Buy a mk2 focus st you’ve done the whole vxr thing it worked didn’t it, try a ford loads of cheap ones out there need saving , get after it lad 👍

@@JustbeingHayden that is surprising, this is the kind of car they do well with. I'd get an MOT back on it and offer it again. I don't know about anyone else, but I wouldn't want to buy a car for £15k plus without an MOT, it puts people off as they will think there is something wrong with it.

Prices have dropped badly on any car, it’s not worth doing ur kind of builds . For you unfortunately u did the dream but timing of selling is crap. Best getting smaller cars wil get content.
