I fell on ice several years ago, and fractured my wrist from putting my hand out to break my fall. My son also broke his wrist not so long ago from being pushed on some steps, he badly broke his wrist. So the knuckles scrapes look like something else. It just doesn’t ring true. But if he did it falling then surely someone in his company or the house he was visiting, would probably remember, coz he’d have mentioned it once inside I think. He might’ve needed to clean it. ??

i actually got hit by a car going downhill and reverse. it's all biomechanics. no head damage. where was my damage. lower extremities. why? because physics. you fall down. no broken taillights. and then the wheels and body hit your lower body. it doesn't avoid your lower body then get your face unless your entire body is away from the car but your face.

Exactly! Wear are the injuries to the spine? Oh right, there are none. Is the Common Wealth trying to imply that John saw her backing up and decided to bend down and head butt the tail light? Even then there would be impact damage to the spine. Come TF on! Even if people think she could have done it, there isn’t enough solid evidence to fulfill the Common Wealth’s burden of proof beyond all reasonable doubt. And I personally believe if the judge weren’t so corrupt and bias that this case would have been thrown out long ago.

🥊🥊🥊My husband is a former professional boxer. I showed him this photo and asked him if they look like wounds from punching. He said 100%. He said to have injuries on that many knuckles would require multiple, hard punches/impacts, not just one. He also said it’s unlikely they are from hitting a heavy bag, where your hands are almost always wrapped. Also, cut knuckles like that take a long time to heal, as it’s impossible to keep the joints from moving as they heal. It reopens the skin. This kid is full of 💩

Im not a pro boxer but I have done some bag work and 100% hands are pretty much always wrapped (you make the mistake of not wrapping them maybe once and never again) and absolutely wounds on knuckles take a long time to heal and they always look bad. If I was the investigator I would be trying to find out if the kid is on steroids...athlete, young kid, this family are HUGE guys (i think a few of them took steroids one of them is like 6'10") might be genetic but roid rage would explain someone snapping and being prone to fight when you put it on top of teenage angst and ego of a young man, especially if said young man feels protected at all. He was so evasive on the stand, I dont feel he was honest at all, which then begs the question why. There is reasonable doubt at this stage in my mind. I think the prosecutions tactic is to bore the jury into submission at this stage, I have not seen any credible evidence so far. I think his death was an accident, whoever did it, I dont think it was a planned murder by anyone, but so many things are not adding up its hard not to buy into the coverup conspiracy at this stage.

Management questioned all of us, but everyone kept with the story of denial to protect them from loosing their jobs.I am talking about 30 of us said nothing. My brother just told me "when it's on the knuckles, your joints are always moving on your hands so it takes longer to heal up because of that constant movement"

cuz they're all alcoholics. alcoholics often want everyone else to be drinking, even children. my first drink was giving to me by my alcoholic aunt, my second one from my alcoholic sibling (made me drink it too). if everyone is drunk the alcoholics drunkenness will seem "normal"

See, that's one of the things that bothered me about this trial. A man, an alleged "good, decent man", lost his life and a couple of these people are so entitled that they've effectively used their time as witnesses for the prosecution, rather than to push for justice for a life lost, to claim being victims themselves for what constitutes nothing more than being called out for acting shady. There's a time and a place for giving victim impact statements but that's not what this is. They're essentially blaming the victim, who died on their property, for having the audacity to die on their property and to subsequently cause people to question their involvement in that death. Conspiracy or not, these entitled pricks are sickening.

I really appreciate hearing about the jury's reactions! Thank you for reporting on them.

You should do some research on the PKSA PKSB on Karen’s car. She had to turn off the PKSB in order to hit Johns car. And unlike other settings , it doesn’t stay turned off until you turn it back on. As soon as you turn off the engine it resets. So the next time you start the car you have to turn it off again. It’s a 7 step process using the buttons on the steering wheel. She had to turn it off to come within 6” of John’s car. In other words, impossible to hit his car without going through that 7 step process. She hit his car intentionally. Bad bad bad.

@@2TurntKaren That sounds about as wild of a conspiracy as you all believe the murder in the house is. The truth is somewhere in between. But the legal point is that there’s a TON of reasonable doubt and a massive botched investigation/prosecution. And sad part is that for those reasons, John may not get any justice.

I have no idea what happened that night... but I can tell you that the State hasn't come close to meeting their burden of guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. And that's what they were supposed to do. This case is half baked at best. Red solo cups and no chain of custody? Unbelievable.

Knuckles are hard to heal. Even if he didn’t fight again, the area is always moving and bending and banging against stuff. No one puts their knuckles down first to break a fall!

Thats not a given. Loads of cases at the hospital i work at with injuries that you wouldnt expect. All depending on what state your in, what your carrying and how you fall. My own mother damaged a fist and broke her son as she landed and skidded on her face. Who knows.

Yeah, they are all amazingly consistent with their testimony because they've been given the same script to memorize. Collin's pro bono attorney is so obviously a friend of the family, and has memorized his own version of the corrupt script. His condescension reveals his insecurity and lack. I wish you'd find an actual expert who isn't so connected to this corrupt family. WHAT is he yelling for? Probably because the truth is being revealed, and he knows Karen is innocent, and will be exonerated. Then his beloved Albert family will hopefully be indicted. The public won't let this corrupt police department off the hook on this one. Not this time, unlike that young girl who was being sexually groomed, and used, since she was 13, then murdered, and covered up. John O'Keefe deserves justice. This creepy, sketchy Albert family needs to be investigated, and brought down. This trial is a farce, a total clown show. I think it's a distraction from something much bigger, a deep rabbit hole. We are all watching the right hand, but the left is busy busy under the table doing God knows what...

i would bet my life savings she's found innocent unless the prosecution has some case altering piece of evidence left. i find the defenses case to solidly establish reasonable doubt thus far.

I feel so awful for his niece and nephew whom he was raising! Those poor kids lost their mother, father, then their uncle who was raising them! I pray they are with someone safe, and getting therapy! They must think nobody is ever safe from death!

Jen McCabe was hot for John and they’d been flirting at the ‘bah’…Jen is Brian Albert’s sister in law so perhaps he was ‘defending her honor.’ Also I think John was instructed to enter thru the basement side door which could be why Karen’s SUV went from point A to point C along the curb. It was an ambush, plain and simple. I hope defense asks Jen what the “surprise” was she mentioned to Karen when inviting her to the Albert’s after party. Did they have something in store for her as well?🤔

John had a "boxers fracture" on his right hand, along with other injuries which suggest he'd been in a fight ... I've been knocked over by a car myself and never sustained any of the injuries which Officer O'Keefe had ... & It was a clear night in July when it happened, unlike this night when it happened and there was snow on the ground when Officer O'Keefe had supposedly been reversed into 🤷🏽🤯

Where there's smoke there's fire. Something happened that night with that dog and someone else.

When they are on the stand I have noticed when some of these witnesses don't know what to say they look at the prosecutor and then he objects but they all have bad memories

I can only see your points 1 to 5 having merit. However after that I disagree as there is too many unanswered questions. He lost 3 pints of blood from the big laceration in the back of his head. But only 6 drops were recovered. He was missing his hat and a shoe which was later miraculously found by the police days later. If he was out in the freezing cold from 12:30 until 6am. He would have been frozen and his blood around his mouth was liquid enough and first responders did not say he was frozen, just cold. They were able to to work on him. There really is too many questions and the CW witnesses are way to sketchy

So John was drinking with a big group all night. The group all make plans to meet at the Alberts house, people see Karen's car but John apparently never made it into the house? And no one thought anything of it? They all arrived and left the house but John didn't come and no one called or txt him or Karen?

If the jury finds this woman guilty then I'll know that America has truly gone to the dogs

You didn’t get it , if you listened to the defence offering on third party culprit you would understand that they are clearly saying “ we don’t know who or what happened “ but there were three viable suspects that were not only never looked into but any evidence that may have connected them has been gotten rid of or so mishandled that you cannot now go back and prove a case. They DO however know that evidence in this investigation has been deliberately obfuscated and it can only be to cover for someone, but they never claim who that someone is let alone that they did it in the library with a candlestick.

There is no way all those people left that home and no one saw that man’s body lying in the snow.

The defense has continued to make their case! This just punctuated it.

How can you see that Karen could have done this???? I’m honestly curious as to your thoughts on it. Aside from the defense having an expert who submitted an affidavit stating John was not hit by a vehicle, they also have the report from the specialist the FBI hired, independently, stating the exact same thing!!! It’s stated in John’s autopsy report that he lost 3 liters of blood - they found 6 spots of blood outside. Where’s all the blood??? Nothing on the Albert’s lawn, or anywhere in the vicinity, could have caused the 2.5 inch laceration on the back of his head, so where did that come from????

Come on Vinnie, we want Melanie Little. Get rid of the old guys, and get a female to represent. A woman is on trial for murder and you have all men on the panel night after night? Not a good look.
