Oddly the first person i thought of was you as a super mysterious person. I had a friend like this. If I could do anything differently, I would've called her out straight away. When she gets upset just explain to her why she can't say these things to you and tell her how it makes you feel. If she continues to do it then it's clear that she's disregarded how you feel and you need to confront her about it. Ask her why she continues to do this when she knows how it makes you feels. If she STILL picks on you, I'd say to slowly cut her off. I know it seems harsh but if a friend intentionally does something to upset you without proper justification, that friendship doesn't deserve to be maintained. When a friendship is negatively affecting your wellbeing or is exhausting you, it's not a friendship it's a burden. If you are hesitant, maybe discussing it with A could help you get a fresh perspective and help you make the choice that works best for you. Take care of yourself.
