Adhd is something that a ton of the world has. There are lots of things you can find online to help. Making check lists can be very helpful. Setting timers too. Writing things down and giving yourself a set time is very useful, even if you don’t have adhd. For example: Math: 20 questions, 1 hour Ela: 3 chapters, 30 minutes Health: 1 page of notes, 20 minutes And with each of those things you can set a timer and once it goes off you can work on the next thing, or give yourself a 20 minute break in between subjects. I’d recommend to have distractions put away, such as any technology. Not just put away in a pocket, but a whole different room. The best if good enough, it’s all you can give. Don’t feel like you’re alone in this! Maybe you could also try talking to your doctor next time you go to educate your mom, and/or send her articles from trusted sources proving the realness of adhd. Sorry this is long! Hope everything goes well

ben don’t get discouraged, actors for the most part don’t necessarily need to memorize their lines, they need to Learn them which just means knowing the emotions of the character in that scene and a grasp of what they’d say. which i’d bet is hard in itself but not as impossible as how memorizing seem to most of us. ly

ben i really hope you're okay, some of these thoughts you're having are severe signs of mental illness and i really recommend seeking therapy to help you cope, i hope you feel better!

Hi Ben… here’s my drama: Ok so I went to this school imma air them out ok so it was Fairbanks. TERRIBLE SCHOOL. I was called racist slurs everyday and teachers would watch it and just pretend nothing happend. I was told to go back to Africa by a police officer, which was super cute and quirky considering I was born in fvcking Ohio. Anyway there was this one teacher who was 85 yo he was basically a living fossil at this point. But he put all of the girls including me in the front row. At the time all of us were thrilled bc we got to sit next to our friends but then one day we saw a flash. We then realized that he was taking pictures of us and putting inappropriate comments on them and posting them on tik tok. He also said the n slur multiple times throughout the year, and asked me if I was a slave. This sounds like rlly delusional but he had got in a car crash and had a stroke and was not qualified to teach after that but people just ignored it. He said things like black history month is stupid, and he touched me inappropriately multiple times and made a lot of gross comments. But I wasn’t going to let him do this to other girls too. So I eventually got him fired after a lot of work and dedication because I wasn’t about to let this fossil hit on more young girls. I recently moved schools and it took a lot of negotiation bc I wasn’t in the district but we got in and I’m doing rlly well now! I love you and your podcasts Ben! While I was at that school I was put under a lot of pressure and stress and I would always come home and watch your videos. You hold a special place in my heart thank you sososososo much ❤❤❤

I'm not ben but some parents are quite strict with their children having a relationship because having fears of their child being pregnant or something and since your brother is 18 he's a full grown adult he can do whatever he wants to if he's responsible but yeah you can confess your feelings to the boy you like hopefully he'll accept your feelings and talk to your mom how you are feeling if she ignores and object your feelings talk to someone you are comfortable with and let that person have a chat with your mom

Coincidence is really easy to read into. I once got very into ghosts and stuff. I've changed my mind about a lot of that stuff over time, but someone told me some good advice which was just stop. Just stop messing with it it's not worth it. Because I was wigging out. Best advice. And I'm glad I took it.

As someone with (diagnosed) PTSD/traumas, thank you for your lil statement there :) It actually means the world! It can be really difficult when people throw around the word 'trauma' as a silly little thing because it really isn't, it has impacted my life in so many ways and no, I don't hope people realise how terrifying and emotionally exhausting it can be to have this disorder because I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, I just wish for people to be a tiny bit more respectful in the future!! - sorry for the rant there, I just wanted to say I really appreciate you Ben!! 💗

Absolutely do not wait for this boy. Anyone who dumps you with the line “maybe in the future” just wants to keep you on the back burner as a last ditch option or person to stroke his ego while he seeks out different people. He does not respect you, but there are plenty of people out there who will. And trust me, love feels soooo much nicer when it’s mutual. You deserve to be happy.

I have drama, I was visiting my grandparents at the retirement home and we were talking to some old guy and he joked about how he used to own 29 houses, so I asked him about it and he said he would rent the houses out to people, THEN he said when he was done with the houses he would burn them for for tax money. 😳 the retirement home was CRAZY.
