@@GPSeditorial to be fair that Popeyes sandwich was not cooked right. You could tell that oil was not suitable for cooking by how dark the chicken patty was. @@aimfuldrifter this is unbelievably false information. True about the suing, but the claim about McDonald’s is false. Those videos you mention are used on burgers from a long long time ago before they changed their menu.
Wow I should do this with my kids. I remember meeting your dad a fee times when I use to take my crew at Lee’s to eat and get inspiration. I was the chef de cuisine then at Intercontinental Hotel on Bloor. Then I bumped into your family one time at the Toronto Pearson parking lot when I worked at the Sheraton hotel. I think you guys were coming from a vacation. You were smaller then and your dad had a white range rover I think. Great job on the videos, stay health and be safe. Say hi to your dad. Hey Jet, would your dad ever be interested in doing a series or a video on how he creates sauces (how he balances flavors/how he chooses how thick to make a sauce)? As well as, would he ever consider teaching various aspects of cooking (ie. how to chop onions well, how he cooks his favorite meals, and what he does to learn how to cook new things/where he goes to learn)? He seems like a great teacher and it would be great to get his advice if he's willing to give it more concisely in a Q&A or video series. Thanks!
