    I love how he can pick apart all the BS shortcuts that restaurants use: oil, food coloring, portioning, etc. How many people can do that? And if they did, would people eat fast food.

    you do understand 90% of ppl work in fast food or food industry at some time in their life. and yet all those mcdonald workers still eat it. lol. i wont eat at some places tho as a actual chef who has worked as a fast food cook a line cook and ever type of cooking job in between. never eat applebees chilis places like that vs fast food id trust kids over some asshole 40 yr old stuck at applebees. sad but tru in my experience

    His dad took a whole king crab on Iron Chef and left the other chef with nothing. But what the other chef didn’t know what that Chef Lee was preparing the crab for him and his competitor. He split the crab and gave some to his competition. He truly has a heart of gold. 💛

    as a guy who's been a professional chef over 11 years and someone who's watched your dad on iron chef a lot! I can honestly say he's 100 percent correct about how people have perceived tastes and fake tastes with fast food and its really shocking, also im pretty sure he could flip scallops and fish with his bare hands in a hot pan after doing it for so long lol.

    Can you show him Jollibee spaghetti (Filipino style spaghetti) please. Its a different style from traditional spaghetti bcos its more on the sweet side and I think his reaction would be comedy lol and my fam said theres a good amount of locations in toronto. Edit: People seem to be feeling this. If you do it bro things on the menu I recommend is the spaghetti, palabok, and the two most important.. Peach mango pie and a halo halo :)

    I felt the same way watching this too. I love Mary browns and Popeyes chicken sandwiches but as a person who worked in a fast food chicken place as a teenager I should of known better to be eating something that I know is cooked in oil inside a pressure cooker. Probably going to lay off the grease myself for a while.
