    Olive oil is much better for you and has more flavor than canola oil and peanut oil which are used for frying. Not really the same thing

    I LOVE watching his creations! He’s so inventive! AND he simultaneously ruins some of my favorite fast food by pointing out the oil and not so great tastes etc. I like to watch especially when I’m dieting and need to quell a craving without cheating with something oily and subpar.     Seeing how you take the love for cooking from your father really warms my heart. Cooking is such a family tradition and I also learned from my grandfather and father, so these videos remind me of the love you feel for each other through the love of cooking for each other. Great videos!
