I'm from Pakistan. I visited Iran in February. There is no fear nor any cruelty. On the contrary there is respect and care for ladies. These ppl are gentle, soft spoken and god fearing. Before running your mouth... You better find out all the facts. Women are free as a bird in Iran and other Muslim countries. But they cover them selves with hijab to protect the beauty God has gvn to them from the evil eyes of the society. Being modest is a sin in your eyes and being nude is a pride!

A woman, state worker, dressed very similarly to the female announcer, was violently beating an Irani woman a few months ago, just for wearing the hijab 'incorrectly'. The beaten woman was imprisoned by her, and was later killed. Somehow, my heart freezes with the news here, but not from mourning but from horror over the brutality and ugliness of religion.

As Westeners are expected to dress respectfully when in a Muslim country. We eat pigs in Europe traditionaly dont expect us to stop, if it's too much for you stay where they have the same traditions as you do

We can hope that Persia will be free again and return to it's former glory.

I definitely wont and cant rejoice over anybody's death. Death is really a cruel experience. But no choice everyone has to go through this. Only one life we live. That too a short life. It matters how we live and what legacy we leave behind. I would like to see the reactions of Iranians first and then the world view. That will tell the life of Raisi. Death comes at any age and in any form without informing us. It is better to lead a life filled with love and humility. LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR AS YOURSELF.

Don't know exactly how many are mourning and how many celebrating. But curse of women is on him. That one should always avoid.
