This would limit both speed of lift, maximum altitude and speed. Further noted, that load capacity would also be affected. The number of souls on board were listed as maximum for a 4 roter chopper but only had two. So what likely happened. Chopper could not gain altitude as quickly as necessary, foggy conditions made finding a way across the area difficult but impossible!

Yes. The pilot in the president's copter was calling for the helicopters above him to climb so he could climb, just before the crash. Perhaps the downwash from the copters above were interfering with the one below and they ran out of time, could not gain altitude and hit a mountain.

An Old American Helicopter made in Montreal Canada

The first problem that I picked up was that the Commander of the Fleet was at the controls. Commanders spend a lot of time at the desk, in meetings and not in the air. I remember after covid there was some concern over pilots getting rusty and maybe needing some sim time before being allowed to fly full time again. The guy says that there was a patch of cloud just over a cliff and that it appeared to be localized. This sounds like a cloud formed by orographic lift. It is what happens when air flows over rising terrain. It is cooled, and clouds can form. Weather & geography people should be able to explain this. You will also need to talk to pilots, perhaps even people in the glider community to tell you if the lack of turbulence in a cloud generated by orographic lift is normal or not. Now, I am presuming that they were already in the cloud when the commander gave the instruction to increase altitude. In the Kobe Bryant helicopter crash, the pilot was in the midst of low cloud conditions and trying to get out of it. When he thought he was rising to get above the cloud he was in fact descending. And the reason he might not have been aware of that, was because he inadvertently put the helicopter into a turn. The g-forces of the turn were misleading. And because he couldn't see the horizon, there was no way he could tell that unless he noticed his altimeter going the wrong way. And based on the air traffic control recordings, who he was talking to at the time, there is no indication that he was aware that he had done so. He was probably just focusing outside to see when he broke cloud cover instead of focusing on his instruments. Was the commander rated for instrument flying? When was the last time he practiced this? When they got onto Hashim, it sounds like they had already hit the terrain. The helicopter had broken up in the process and he was already flung out in the trees and badly injured. The rescuers would need to confirm that they did find him among the trees and the state of his injuries. Maybe you should try to get some retired people to interview to verify if what I have said is possible or not.

he is flying vfr in non ifr chopper. (that's why must fly clear from cloud. since he was not flying ifr he may not take note of the MSA, 1. but if fly vfr, he suppose to know elevation to clear the ground between vor stations 1. did he got clearance before ascending? 2. there must be separation between those 3 helis 3. don't tell me the other choppers didn't see it getting into the cloud. 4. if they were flying at the same altitude they must be able to see one another 5. tired of typing

Probable it was too late for the pilot to do the ascending. The chopper might have hit a tree or the tip of the mountain because the portion was covered with a small patch of clouds and did not realized that he was too close to the ground or tip of the mountain.

I don't know what elevation they are at. Perhaps the cloud was forming and got enormous by the time the search started. 🤷‍♀ Either way, like the Kobe Bryant crash, it is likely that the pilot accidentally banked the helicopter and slideslipped straight into the ground when he thought he was gaining altitude. Clearly, the guy they talked to had no idea what had happened and was already badly injured from being flung out on impact.

The pilot of the President's helicopter was preoccupied talking on the radio and instructing others to ascend above the clouds. Meanwhile a passenger looking out a window, was seeing nothing but trees and no other helicopters. Too late...crash! Nio conspiracy, no foul play. Just pilot error. To his credit, the pilot did save the other two choppers, who immediately followed his instructions and ascended. In this case, the mountain of the Lord, rose-up to meet the "anointed one." Condolences.

Bell 212 service ceiling is 17,400 ft (5,300 m) so the pilot should have easily been able to fly above the 2,700 m mountains in the region, using his artificial horizon, altimeter, gyrocompass and air speed indicator without modern IFR instruments. If there was a small altitude sensitive explosive device in Raisi's Bell 212 when the commanding pilot in the group Radioed the other helicopters to climb out of the cloud to the clear air above, Raisi's chopper broke up as it ascended and fell onto the cloudy mountain side where it was found. One of the investigators at the crash site said it looked as though the chopper had broken up in the air. The logic of making the detonation of the explosive altitude sensitive is the helicopter would fall onto a mountainous difficult to access region so there would be no survivors by the time help arrived. The Bell 212 is powered by a Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6T -3 Twin-Pac made up of two coupled PT6 power turbines driving a common gearbox. They are capable of producing up to 1,800 SHP (1,342 kW). They run on aviation kerosene which has a high ignition temperature. Alternatively, perhaps Raisi's pilot pulled up the collective too fast and the extra power the engines had to produce to keep the blades spinning, transferred to them through the gearbox, caused the gearbox to fail so the Bell 212 lost all lift and crashed? If the throttle to one engine of the 2 coupled engines failed that would also put strain on the coupled gearbox. Unlike a piston engine, when you apply power to a gas turbine engine the power increase does not take effect immediately, so when you pull up the collective the increase in lift is delayed, so you may pull it up against the stop and severely stress the power delivery system.
