Yes it's true sis. Na 2 babyku try panrapa enaku pcod and thyroid irukunaga so 2 yrs conceive agala. but na 6 month en life style la mathikiten for eg walking 1hr and healthy food sapten and minda relaxinga vachiketen. conceive auten.

I also following intermittent fasting for one year, my fasting time is 5 pm to morning 9 am, I lost 17 kgs . Y should not break ur fast directly with food, should break ur fast with eating soaked almonds, than after 20 minutes only u should eat food Sathyaa

Hi Akka.. I'm 11th STD with the weight of 72kg ..My goal weight is 57kg My body looks awkward..so I've searched for weight loss..I saw your videos.. I've seen 1) INTERMITTENT FASTING So I've made a schedule with help of your videos to reduce weight within 2 months..please check whether it is correct..if it is wrong please reply.. And I'm going to follow 16:8 IF for 2 months to get a result.. 6.00am - Waking 6.00am to 6.30am - freshup & 2 glass of hot water(hot water therapy) 6.30am to 7.00am - walking 7.00am to 7.30am - Black coffee 7.30am to 11.30am - My studies 11.30am - IF eating window starting 11.30am - Hot water therapy (Before breakfast) 12.30pm - breakfast 1.30pm - hot water therapy 2 glasses (After breakfast and before lunch) 3.00pm - lunch 4.30pm - Hot water therapy (after lunch) 4.30pm to 7.00pm - My studies 7.00pm - hot water therapy (Before dinner) 7.45pm - Dinner 8.00pm - IF eating window ending 8.30pm - hot water therapy (after dinner) 9.30 - Turmeric tea 10.00pm - sleep.. Please check and please reply.. And if I do this correctly & strictly within how many days can I loose to 57kg..?? ✨👍🏻
