    I have a really big question. I can’t do 1 push-up but I can do 50 10 pound curls in a row I am 10. Any tips on how to do a push-up?

    Start doing push ups on your knees 1st. And the goal for you is to do at least one a day! In order to get better you have to practice everyday. Keep working hard!
