Wrong, some of those exercises are 28 seconds and the rest are eithet 28 seconds or 29 seconds

Memorize the exercise order and the time, then put a timer and and do it yourself
Bro this workout is a killa. I’ve done a lot of these 5/10 min workouts throughout the years and this is definitely one of the best I’ve done so far. 🔥

This work out will tone my abs or it is only for burn calories? I haven't trained them and now abs are my skinniest part
I'm doing this every other day for 4 months and the workout became easy for me. Now I'm doing this for warm up

This has been my go-to quarantine ab video. I've been doing it about twice a week and I'm already starting to see my 6-pack. I like how this video has a stopwatch versus a timer. Timers make me feel like I'm suffering for longer lol. The only thing I would suggest is having longer transition periods between the workouts. There's not enough time to get into the next position.

Remember all, drink water and power drink before and after each work out. I love Frank's videos, can use own body weight to build muscle than some expensive gym. I value and appreciate you Frank! I love this workout as it only needs a small yoga mat sized space. The music is frickin motivating and the workout is super fast and fun. I do this core workout after my medrano app workout or after my gym sessions. Been a blast!!! Love ya Frank!!

This is a great video not just because is intense but Frank makes sure to hit all the muscles in the abs. I also like the music and the angles of filming. The video is short and sweet and to the point. Much better than other videos I seen. Great job

This was actually pretty easy. I did it for the first time and didn't stop or struggle at all. I have been doing the 10 minute ab workout by Alexis Ren almost daily for nearly a month tho.

i was alone home trying this out until i got a stiff muscle ache in the abs area.. it was life threatening for some minute.. idk wat to do. regardless the pain faded. whats the first aid for this sudden pain @frank .
