What a great routine that will challenge you in only 10 minutes! 😍 Only second time doing it, but I was able to complete it, but just at a slower pace. I'm gonna keep at it. 💪🏾

I was going to say this. Much better to have a three second countdown and a bell. Also to say which exercise is next so you can get in the right position. Annoying to have to constantly check the screen. I like the exercises though!

I am 6’1 240 and by most standards in very good shape. While in the past I’ve mixed in some CrossFit type movements with a predominantly body building/powerlifting routines, this, every single time, has whooped my butt all over the place, just like every other video on this man’s channel. I started noticing changes in my body and my cardio after only a few weeks of doing a different one of these workouts, this particular one being the first I ever found, every other day. Love the results, intensity and humility, Frank! Gym or not, I will always dedicate a few days a week to these amazing workouts. Thank you very much!

I agree, not just because she is exotically beautiful but because it helps the videos. Frank doesn't have good stage presence(?)...it seems like he's not all that comfortable with speaking on camera. She lightens that up.
Been using this same workout routine for the pass 3 years to get back in shape fast at all time… it never fails 🎉🎉🎉❤

Crazy routine. No doubt both did an amazing job here. She at least seems tired and struggles slightly toward the end. Frank is a freaking beast. It seems he could comfortably keep doing this for the next 100 mins. 😓😓
This train was powerful to 💯 ,I remember my trained in Karate .
Good excercises, but I would recommend putting a beep at the end of the rounds and giving us a preview of each workout so we can follow along in real time.

I think I can do this as a out of shape, "skinny-fat" girl not trying to start out p90x level. 🙄 All my friends threw up trying to do p90x and gave up their vids to the pawnshop.

yes, functional muscles are sooo dope. Too many weighlifters have that bulldog look....arms as big as their legs. Not attractive in my book but .... to each his own.

This was a great workout. How often do you recommend adding it into a week? With no gyms I'm still doing 3 days of cardio/HIIT with TRX and then stretching/core focus 2-3 days in between. Once back to normal 5 days of weights with moderate cardio sessions 4-5 after the working sets.
It’s a killer warm-up for someone with some time under their belt. I’ll Do a second round at a fast pace and see how I feel. Great video. Keep up the good work, sir!

Two rounds is definitely the way to go. Skip the rest in the middle if it all possible. Do a third and fourth round if it’s the only work you’re doing that day. Would definitely recommend.

I have been doing 3 of these a day while eating till satiety 3 times a day. I have been actually losing fat. Gaining fullness in muscles, just 5 days in now. I do barbell lifting for hypertrophy. Frank needs to be given a lot of credit.

All the credit goes to you bc this probably burns less than 200 kcal. Your diet is just on point. If you actually want to burn a significant amount of kcal you should do steady state cardio, like an hour of running/swimming/cycling. That will burn around 600-800+ depending on how good you are at set exersice. Gl with losing weight.

@@highertest Thanks brother and very good advices... Liss is the king no doubt. However, I think there is a science to this hiit type of circuits that we all miss.... We only burn 200 kcals during the circuits and shortly after.... But we keep on burning fat long after and here is why... The exercises used are anaerobic in nature, requiring explosiveness and muscular endurance, this shit is hard when done for 3 circuits... The body needs to add sarcoplasm and muscle tissue in order to cope with this demand, although it doesn't tax recovery..... It's basically GPP work, and what happens is a lot of the calories that you eat as well as the excess fat stored in the body converts into calories to make these things happen, growth of sarcoplasm and type 1 muscle fibres.... So the energy turnover increases, nutrient partitioning improves. In order for your body to add the resources to your muscular structure, A lot of calories are burnt even when you are resting. This is why when I got to 100 Burpees in 5 minutes I got flat hard abs with a 4 pack and a defined body, while actually eating in surplus. I tried to go for 200 Burpees in 10 minutes one day and I passed out and fell down and sprained my ankle and broke my nose lol. Since then I can't do Burpees cuz my girlfriend won't let me (she is my whole world lol), so doing Burpees is outta the question, she also follows me wherever I go so.... You know? Goodbye Burpees. I just do 100 Burpees real quick(under 6 minutes) at midnight while she is asleep and that's it. However none of these will get you below 13 percent body fat, stuff like that requires liss and a careful diet. Anyways, Burpees are hard on recovery anyways so I am just doing this right now. I am thinking of getting a heavy bag and hit that bitch 1000 punches a day.... That's most enjoyable for me. For now since I don't have time for liss this is what I will have to keep doing.
