Everyone's been asking me for a follow-along bodyweight workout.
Here is my latest one. I hope you like it and kicks your butt like it did mine! 👊 Let’s get after it!
Full Body Workout that can do whenever and wherever you like. You don't need any equipment or weights. The video is follow along which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. If you need to pause longer - feel free to do so. Rest 2-3 minutes and repeat 1 more time
You can do this workout 2-3x a week. LETS GET IT!

0:20 split squat burpees 1:02 crunches 1:40 plank hopping 2:20 planking side to side 2:58 push up with knee up 3:36 shoulder tap jack 4:20 side to side kick 4:57 push up with arm and leg raise 5:34 crossover lunges 6:17 running high knees (DO 30 SECONDS EACH , REST 5-10 SECONDS EACH) rest 2-3 mins then do another round.

Ok goin to the gym now to give this a try. I’ve been incorporating some of Frank’s bodyweight leg workout exercises into my leg day. It’s been kicking my ass. Whole new level of exertion.

Your workouts are too good...and the best part is you believe in sharing them... you don't want to keep it to yourself....sometimes I think I should come to Newyork to get personally trained and get healthy....but then logistically its difficult....lots of respect from India...
I'm 20 and I've just recuperated from a slipped disc and couldn't do the whole workout today, but with all I could do, I'm loving it. Thanks Frank

I got the slipped disk on the 2020 December while playing football. I am now doing a combination of difference workout that gives me flexibility and strength. Keep going bro .
I love all your workouts, i've even bought 2 of your packages, keep coming in with new stuff and ill keep showing up! Finished this about 5 minutes ago and i'm still dripping all over my keyboard. thanks so much Frank!

Agree Sir. What I do is record it and add the chime. But yes, much better if already included, the alarm sound.

Great video! I’ve always been inspired by your strength and work ethic. I would like to see a video showing what workout a person should do to gain muscle in every muscle group while also knowing how to increase the reps properly to gain the muscle. I don’t think any of the other workout channels I have watched really cover that. Show me what I need to do and how much I need to do it to look and be strong like you. 😄👍🏻

Great workout. Small comment. In some of your previous videos your countdown clock bleeps with 5 seconds to go. This would have been a valuable addition as it saves me having to keep looking at the TV for how close I am to the end of each segment. Keep up the good work.
