I don't think PAs should be competing at all to be honest. I'm not really sure what you mean though. There's more than enough business to go around.
What's the work schedule like ?

You make your own schedule. That's the beauty of this job. More effort, more money, and make your own schedule.
I'd love to see you and @insuranceclaimguy from tik tok discuss/debate. I'd pay$ to see. You guys are both great but damn do your oppinions differ.
