In USA, there is a fine constitution, but the courts are very deferential to the State. Germany developed democratic principles thought to lawyers etc., but when raison d'etat is raised, at this time it is hard to tell how deferential German judges will be. Note the prosecutor in the building of the conference... Like judges, prosecutors are lawyers hired by the state on merit basis, so they should not be more biased than judges. Authorities can find the most indoctrinated police in the federal republic, most biased prosecutors, the cases will be assigned to biased judges. The German media is basically a mafia. The Springer Verlag is an extreme right and white-supremacist publisher that exercises immense power in Germany with its wealth. These openly nazi people never have to fear any consequences for their actions or words. There’s political cover offered by every ruling party.
