Really? It's not hard. The aunt will have to bring them up very well to limit the damage. This could lead to a troubled life for the children otherwise.

I’m from a tiny upstate NY town. When I was in the fifth grade a man beat his wife to death with a baseball bat and then hung himself. It happened just around the corner from where I lived. They had three children.

It chills me to the bone to think we walk amongst people capable of that everyday without knowing it. Yeah we may notice Chris down the street is a little weird, but we never think they are worse than the monsters in our nightmares. Just the lowest possible form of life on this planet. Pure human waste. I'm just glad he didn't get the death penalty. They have it much easier in prison compared to gen pop lifers. I'm 36 and I raised my son by myself as a young single mother since it didn't work out with his dad (we were both VERY young i was only 18 and he was only 20 and i didn't want to trap him... he wasn't around for the first 6 years of our sons life but luckily we both matured and he started coming around after getting married and having other children which has been a blessing since I have a lot of health issues and even though I'm pretty young still at 36 I get really scared at times I might not be around too much longer, I've been permanently disabled for going on 9 years now and the health issues just won't stop coming) but yeah unless I know without a shadow of a doubt that we are BOTH marrying solely for love I will be remaining single and sleeping with my gun... our son is now 17 and I just try to tell him all the time not only how much I love and cherish him but I try very hard to impart what little wisdom I have picked up about life along the way down to him.... I tell him it's really much better to pick one person and stick with them don't be doing all of this sleeping around like the younger generation (and yes the younger and much more foolish version of me) thinks is ok..... hopefully if I have showed him anything its that it's better to be alone than sleeping with the enemy idk though I just get so scared this world is such a fucked up place.... really kind of worry about my niece she's only 8 and her dad isn't doing his job at all.... that's why it's so important for me to try to take the best care of myself possible so I can be around hopefully for years to come I just don't know though.... scary

this might help a little, which i posted in a different spot earlier: if you see signs of insecurity and fake confidence, arrogance, selfishness, lying, etc., you might be dealing with a bad or dangerous person. a man or woman who respects, loves, and cares about him-/herself in a healthy way, will feel that same way for other people. i think it comes down to the emotional maturity and psychological stability of the person. and, codependent people are not healthy, of course. independent people are more suitable for relationships.

@@Nonameagain80 ONLY AMERICANS DO THIS CONSISTENTLY, AND THEN TRY TO KILL THE ''BENEFICIARY OF THEIR KINDNESS'' SO THEY CAN POCKET THAT INSURANCE CASH THEMSELVES.. Until Americans start to realize what you clearly pointed out and begin to stand against it, it will NEVER move out of this dark, deep, man-made black hole created for profit. This life insurance madness breaks marriages, causes fake marriages to take place (where the future insurance payout is the the only/main reason to marry), it puts strangers, the homeless and all vulnerable individuals in danger since the law allows ANYONE to target anyone as their victim, no connections/reasons needed. I've seen many homeless people killed this way. Just search. These laws are made in favor of these greedy insurance companies. They get fat by GRANTING ANY PERSON THIS MAGICAL ABILITY TO MAKE MONEY by simply taking out a life insurance ON ANY OTHER HUMAN BEING; be it a known person, an unknown person, relatives, strangers, a homeless in the street... anyone as long these companies get their rotten, bloody money coming in regularly. Thank you for noticing, maybe someone else will see your point and take note, because at the moment it looks like Americans think this is a normal, natural way of living. No, it's not. Just look OUTSIDE America. Nobody lives like this. It needs to be challenged and stopped.

Women came forward at the trial and said he was having sexual relationships with them, most likely they were attractive too, he wanted to move on to other women while not losing a great deal of money. I doubt he really cared about his 2 children or he would never have had their mother killed. The husband thought only of himself, his money, his 'Johnson', his ego. Unfortunately, his looks and personality were most likely why his wife was attracted to him in the first place, bad choice but happens all the time. Young couples attracted to one another mainly based on physical appearances can often be a recipe for future disaster. My roommate in college was a hockey player, and I recall his talking about how he loved his girlfriend back home, all the while he was cheating on her throughout the year I roomed with him. He was incredibly self-centered and an egomaniac. He had no concern for those he dated, it was all about him.

I can't get her to breathe", "she's hurt real bad" etc. When medics arrive, most families implore them to *DO something*. Anything. A shock/grief/desperate combination, is impossible to predict, but, I don't recall hearing anyone say, "Help please, he/she's dead", it jarred, so seemed noteworthy. *by "tend not to", I mean it's not consistent with my experiences.

Seriously. This guy was living the dream but is quite possibly the biggest dumbass I've ever seen. So instead of choosing to divorce, he instead decides to throw his entire life away for some hedonistic shit? Not only that, but ruin two innocent children who will never know the love of their own mother. I swear, some people take all their luxuries so much for granted that if a sign hits them in the face, they still won't learn a lesson. He deserves to fucking rot in prison, for being a straight-up idiot. I will never be able to comprehend why he did this.

Can you imagine that the kids were actually in the house. Kelly fought hard for her life, probably trying to draw her attacker away from the kids rooms into the downstairs living room, and they had to heard all of it from their bedrooms. They had to hear the screams of their mother while she was attacked. I pray that they find healing, and that the memories of that night are buried so deep that the can never remember the details. So tragic.
