As an EMT for 15 years and an avid outdoor person I always carry a Garmin inreach with me. The emergency location device is there for a reason. Don't take a risk on someone's life push the button :-)

@@susananderson1071 most rescue operations are volunteer. ambulance and air rescue would be covered by most of your insurance after deductibles. I'm sure there's different costs from different areas but the international emergency system would not send you a bill to activate EMS

Something got you out.??? It’s only by the grace of God you got out & your walking today. All the credit goes to our father in heaven & I wish more people would realize this. Its not luck it’s not something. It’s only by the grace of our God in heaven that we’re even here to begin with !!!

This gentleman himself is the thing that got him out of the crevasse. The other campers, rescue crew and doctors are the other reason he survived. Don't diminish someone by saying it was all just some invisible devine power doing the work.

It shows that there is God who miraculously give him strength and life.
I've realy hard doubt's about this "story" !!? Imagine yourself in a similar situation.... Would YOU emediatly pull out your phone FIRST to document your ordeal !??? Tbh... i REALY hope it is a fabricated Story.... Because the alternative would make me much sader !
