3:49 yes we also experienced big explosion sounds a few years back in around 2017-2018 in new Zealand, really loud boom!!!!! randomly for about a year, so loud that everyone on the street came out of their houses and 100s of dogs barking,, nobody knew what it was everyone looking at each other wondering whos doing this, the news media said nothing no one said anything about it, it sounded like a massive hydrogen bomb going off next door but it wasn't their doing, these mysterious bangs were heard all around the world, and at that time i was experiencing what science calls sleep paralysis, many nights i got it, but i found out that its not hallucinations made up by the brain it was actually a visitation from something paranormal, what made me understand that it wasn't hallucinations was i actually got to see it in total day light, it was dragging me from my bed i couldn't move at all but then it stopped then i could move so i jumped up quickly out of bed and saw it, in complete day light a sunny 8am morning it was a dark cloud of darkness full of electricity , i stood over it as it went slowly through the floor then i made a coffee, this thing is the most terrifying thing ever,, it feels like a light crab or parrot type of creature that climbs onto the foot of your bed you cant move but your aware its there,trying to move any limbs is like trying to move the hairs on your but, then it goes into your head like a signal and it messes around with you, it can use your voice it can make your eyes reflect back at you ,it can apply a pressure on your chest or even your throat as it did to me, you can't move and can't breathe i though it would kill me that time but it stopped just before i would have died, i say stopped because you dont feel hands or anything there just pressure either on you or pushing away from you like when it was dragging me, it was like a magnet and i was the steel, i researched history on sleep disorders and modern science etc, and was shocked when accounts from hundreds or thousands of years ago described exactly what i experienced, the portal door opening, it sounds like you just missed a big explosion you only hear the echo as you are startled awake, then you hear the running bare feet outside your window then its with you on you on your chest usually, its horrible , its the worst thing ever, its like being tied to train tracks as a trains coming, its like watching a big alien spider skunk crawl into your but and you cant move cant scream out for help

Back in 2010 after moving back to Phoenix from Chicago a presence of something unexplained woke me up. I just remember opening my eyes and seeing a glowing orb about size of watermelon float about 3 feet away from me. It appeared three dimensional and translucent. The color was orange with some blue in it. It made no noise and moved about four feet super slow through room. My heart almost stopped and must have been beating 180+ per minute. I thought I would die from heart attack at age 30. Never been so scared in my life and I have been through war. This may or may not have scientific explanation but it was still something unexplained. I believe the UFO witnesses and when people say why didn't you take our a camera to photo or video record? well, if the little orange orb almost made me die from heart attack and paralyzed me in fear, can't imagine how anyone with sound mind can deal with something like an ufo or alien direct encounter. With survival in mind, we just want to be safe and get away not play Hollywood movie director.
I saw one back in the 90's when I was a teeanger. The think flew like a DJI phantom drone. I don't think they had drones like that back then. It still baffles me to this day. I’ve been abducted in broad daylight on a main road along with other passengers in the car. Other incidents have happened to me alone, but yea, when the memory came flooding back and I confronted others in the car about it, and they looked like dear-in-headlights when the memory came flooding back to them.
