This was a nice house overview. Sarah was great. I struggle to find a good jasmine fragrance that fits my taste, so I'm very interested in the jasmine scent.

The idea of using a funnel shaped mouillette is fantastic. As a wine glass is shaped to envelope the bouquet of a wine, these are shaped to pronounce the scent of a perfume. Fantastic idea that I’ve never seen before.

Thanks for sharing. Up to 30 hrs! 😮I’m looking forward to that musk and the fresh cologne style one.

Thanks Sebastian! Recently I tried LV Orage and absolutely loved it. The LV original is too expensive for my budget and thus looking for a good alternative. You mentioned Montale Vetiver Patchouli as a good alternative on the cheaper side. Have you tried Alexandria Fragrance 'In the woods'? Both are similar price, thus wanted some advice on which one to get as the most accurate alternative.

I ordered encore une foi and it seems to wear rather light and barely lasted 4hrs on me, nevermind the claimed 30hrs from the brand....perhaps it meeds to settle much more to get such performance

I understand the tuberose offering under the ‘dusk’ range is sublime

My favs are Santal a la Vida, Aristo Chypre, and Atomes Crochus :)

Btw not a jazmin fan either... or so I thought. But I recently got a jazmin soap from Marseille, and that is changing things. It is one of the best smelling soaps I've ever used. And saying that even if I for example absolutely love lavender, and have used lavender soaps also from Marseille.

Did I hear her correctly when she said the challenge of the brand was to make fragrances with minimal projection and lasting power?

As I started remembering my French from high school, Infiniment made sense (or is it scents? 😉) to me. Infiniment means Infinitely. For many adverbs, the difference in French and English is -ly vs -ment. In this particular case, it's-tely vs -ment.

They should have recreated the famous vintage Chypre.

Okay. I’m gonna be a really shallow person by saying how absolutely beautiful Sara [sp?] is. Normally I focus on Sebastian but not today. Her knowledge is so fantastic. She speaks so fluently about the collection. She’s fluid and captivates the camera. That idea of the flowers and lights and scents is amazing. Ugh. She is so pretty. See. I told you I’d be shallow.

Sebastian usually focuses on indie and niche fragrances, that are harder to find in most of the stores. Old spice you can try in most stores so it is more accessible for the public. However, for me it‘s too mainstream and usually smells quite cheap.
