Aww you're so lovely. I really LOVE granado. The packaging, visual merchandising and scents are all 10/10!

My personal style is definitely aromatic and nature based. I had to go through a lot of different types of perfumes to realize what my favorites are. 🤣 I still love my other fragrances but I definitely realize I should whittle down my collection to what I truly love.

@@lifeofmim I really love Tacit by Aesop and Philosykos by Diptyque. I also am into some affordable finery scents mysterious nomad. I also like Nest Indigo (a beautiful tea scent) and atelier clementine California for the summer. Jo Malone’s sea salt and wood sage or finery before the rainbow are two of my faves too.

Granado is such a delightful house!! As a brazilian, I'm very proud of their work. I also recommend "Phebo Fava Tonka", "Bossa" and "Chá Preto e Bergamota" from the brand... so lovely.

I feel like every perfume wardrobe should have a "bedtime perfume", such a special moment to wear a fragrance. to me is even more important than the formal event category. right know using Kayali musk for bedtime, loving it.

My perfume wardrobe: Signature: Cristalle de chanel, a bit masculine, a bit cold, but it has drama and it's absolutely gorgeous. Date night: Dhalia noir, which is my husband's favourite, with Penhaligon's The Favourite as a back up because it smells similar and Dhalia noir by Givenchy was discontinued. Cozy day indoors: Miller Harris Powdered veil. Gym, Miller Harris Hydra. Work, Estee Lauder Tender Light in the summer and Jo Malone Mimosa Cardamon in the winter. Summer, the bygone Clinique/Prescriptive Calyx and currently looking for a replacement. Weddings: Frangipane by Chantecaille or Mezansir Solar blossom, which is probably the most beautiful scent I own.

Is it only me who absolutely LOVE to smell like Snow Queen in winter, which in my opinion is like snow and ice? I totally love to and since years now. I won't even think of wearing anything cozy and warm. My go to is Perles de Lalique by Lalique. To me it is an ultimate, one and only encapsulation of cold, and snow and ice in a bottle! I'm telling you - if Snow Queen wears a perfume, it is this one!

I love a good musky citrusy scent. My favourite right now is Panthea from SHL ❤️

Infusão botânica by Granado, yaaaay! I recomended it on another video but I think you already had it. It won best Brazilian fragrance on fragrantica the year of its release. I love it, it’s so comfortable, I love to wear it for bed.

First, congratulations on your article. Huge accomplishment. 👏👏 So pleased to see you catagorize your perfumes into events/occassions etc. I have always done likewise. I start by breaking it down into: the season, then the weather, then time of day and the occassion/event, sometimes I add by the colour of clothing. Crazy, I know😅 I find as I've aged, and as parfumerie formulations have changed, so many of the fragrances I once loved have fallen out of favour with me except for two that I have worn for more than 15 years: Sublime Vanille by Creed (fall/winter) and Spring Flower also by Creed (spring/summer). Very different than each other but both very beautiful.

I have bossa! I do enjoy it, especially when it's very hot as it's a more refreshing take on coconut vs traditional creamy coconut scents

My go-to is now Bouquet Encore. If I had to choose a signature scent, this would be it. I absolutely adore it ❤ (so thanks for the recommendation), but I also still love Levant. For evening, I really do love Scherzo or Replica On a Date. For Spring/Summer, I really love Brooklyn Ellis' Sun Fruit or L'Imperatrice. For Fall and Winter, I like Burberry Goddess or Sana, but my husband and I also share Gris Charnel. I'm a sucker for fragrances, so My wishlist just got bigger 🤑 Thanks for another great video and congrats on the column!!!

Hi Josephine. Did you have any recommendations on how to stop or prevent a perfume from giving you headaches? I purchased recently Paris Paris from Chanel but every time I wear I get a terrible headache 🤕 I do love it though so I would like to continue wearing specially in spring and summer. Speaking of summer fragrances have you tried Kilian - Sunkissed goddess and Aerin - Mediterranean Honeysuckle Tiare? Curious how they compare to Bora Bora.

Is Solaris similar to Terracotta by Guerlain? I love that one but I’m searching for something that smells a little less like sunscreen.

Not at all. Terracotta is heady florals + coconut whilst Solaris is much fresher (citrus) with a juicy tartness that wraps around a creamy floral heart

Ordered the encore une foi infiniment coty, and it wears rather light and does not last at all....at least from my first full wear, barely lasted 4 hrs, nevermind the claimed 30hrs from the brand....perhaps this would change with more wears....anyone else with the same experience?

I am originally from Baltic states, Baltic girl :) but moved to the US over 30 years ago, went to nursing school here in the US, and I have still some years to go before I can retire. And guess what, because I am US and EU girl, I would love to retire in Nice, France. Which fragrance whispers “ Nice…’..And yes, despite being older, I am badass in my heart ( I work in military hospital) but also classy and feminine ( in my “humble”) opinion 😀 and I love and know art, have many beautiful original paintings, etc. so, what’s my signature perfume? I need some help here…When I was younger I used coco mademoiselle ad nauseam 😂 Right now I use coco noir but I feel it’s too sharp at a beginning and no smoky factor… I like slightly smoky Like BR540 but minus plastic scent plus more personality. Also I prefer more unique and/or colorful bottle… So I am searching… For night, I have jazz club from Madison Margiela, that’s fine. But I am searching for my signature one, French Riviera old artsy badass one 😂 I am brainstorming to buy L’Interdit Rouge Ultime- red signature bottle… or just L’Interdit Rouge? … or Black opium in red? cherry or rose? 😊 signature woody notes, florals but with an edge… Any suggestions? Help me out, please…😊 Also, what about NYC Bond No 9? They are costly though. Decisions…
