I was diagnosed with Pseudotumor Cerebri last year and had to have a brain stent placed due to severe venous stenosis. There isn't a lot of information out there and this video has really helped me understand things much better. Thank you!

Can strangulation cause intracranial hypertension? After the incident there were flairs on the brain mri but non specific cause it was done without contrast. And ever since then I been having a severe headache could this be intracranial hypertension?

But what Would cause the fluid to build up like that. In my MRI it said there was no lesions no trauma no tumor. But I have bad pressure buildup. And have to see a Neurologist ASAP. It’s effecting my sight. and legs if I lay down.

Intervention at 20-25 mmHg? That seems a bit low. I have intracranial hypotension and a lot of people's bodies overcompensate to make up for low volume. There's the potential for them being in a lot of hurt if they have intracranial hypotension with an OP of 21 or whatever to overcompensate and yet they're getting CSF drained.
