Hi there. I clicked on this video as I have been fighting idiopathic intracranial hypertension for the past two and a half years. Currently on drug treatments to try to help and this video is very interesting to watch from a nursing point of view.
I have always thought that learning things within context made it easier and this only proves my theory yet again. I found it very enjoyable!

I have problems with head pressure for 4days since i was in the gym and got it while lifting heavy and i was dizzy for the rest of the day ..And now i have some kind of headache and i feel pressure in the head and have slight less focus ..It’s 4days since it started ..I want to know if I should go to the doctor and be worried ??.. I have it probably due to high blood pressure from heavy lifting ..Thanks for answer
Are nurses involved in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial hypertension?)) This is done by neurologists, neurosurgeons, and anesthesiologists. What will the nurse do?

A nurse can identify the S/S of IICP and notify the provider, the nurse can take steps to keep the patient stable if IICP is suspected
