Increased Intracranial Pressure ICP | Med-Surg Nursing Lecture

In this video we are diving into the pathophysiology, signs and symptoms, and interventions for increased intracranial pressure, or ICP. We will go through the step by step process to help you critically think through caring for patients who are at risk for or experiencing increased intracranial pressure so you can totally rock your nursing school exams.
Well walk through what is happening to the brain when there is increased pressure. What some of the symptoms are and what you should be looking out for as the nurse caring for patients with increased intracranial pressure. And how you as the nurse can provide the best care and make sure you keep your patients safe in a medical emergency involving increased intracranial pressure.
You can do this, friend. You are doing better than you think you are.

Jay Morgan, so sorry the sound was giving you trouble. We checked it out on our end and it seems to be working. Sometimes switching to an incognito window can fix it. If you are still having trouble you can email us at hello@nursingsos.com and we can help you trouble shoot it further!
