Did u mix up the "Do cluster" and "do not cluster" definitions at the end there? You circled yes/do cluster and talked about dispersing neuro checks over 15 mins. Then you circled "no" and talked about the care that you actually do cluster. Or maybe I didn't quite get the definition right.

Michelle Bourne that's what I thought too. I think he meant to do all the neuro checks at the same time thus cluster (I mean it makes sense, right? you want to know if your pt is going downhill so you need a detailed assessment) and then kind of space out the activities - don't cluster (like you wouldn't want to suction, provide oral care, give the pt a bed bath all the same time b/c you'll increase their ICP). At least that's what I think.
