I did this song in my Regionals choir this year, and by god was it my favorite piece of them all. This choir nails it in a way I can't even begin to describe. The cutoffs are absolutely gorgeous, and this video is timeless. Truly inspirational.

I go to a Christian choir camp every year, and this year will be my 5th year going. It has made such a big impact on my life and I have made lifelong friendships there. We sang this song last year, and let me just say: oh my god. This song is absolutely beautiful, and being a soprano is really great during this song. So many people were crying after we sang this, and it was wonderful to see how many people just one song can touch.

My daughter(now 21) sang this with her high school choir at Carnegie Hall WITH Jeffrey Ames and when I hard it, it brought me to tears without ever knowing what the song was about. I later learned it was about a student(or students) that died in a car crash. Powerfully heart wrenching.

Incredibly nuanced direction. Props to the choir for executing it so beautifully.

I can already tell that this will be my favorite piece this year for All-State. The baritone part might not be the most glorious sound in the room (I prefer the tenor part, but God didn't make me that way), but it'll be great to sing it nonetheless! My heart breaks for Jeffrey Ames' loss that inspired this song... I don't know if anybody who really knows what it is about will be able to keep from crying during the performance (I know I can't keep my composure while just listening to it)!

I’m both a baritone and a horn player. I really want to perform this piece at my highschool before I graduate. I’d probably rather do it as a horn player. It’s beautiful

Quite a difficult song, but when it’s done right, it sounds amazing, there aren’t many songs like it. For anyone first seeing this song, it may be a bit hard but trust me, it’s worth it in the end

This is a lovely piece. I would love to know who the horn player is. He should be acknowledged. Beautiful playing. Can someone tell me who this is?
