Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep
I am the thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glint on snow.
I am the sunlight-ripened grain,
I am the gentle morning rain.
And when you wake in the morning’s hush,
I am the sweet uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there, I did not die.

I was not expecting to see a professor from the past in the first shot! So beautiful.
The harmonies are exquisite ♥
This goes straight through my solar plexus. Thank you. It’s stunning.
tears in my eyes
Such a beautiful anthem written by a Canadian composer. Lovely blend of beautiful voices.
One of my favourite choral music moments takes place between 3:33 and 3:43. The ending, of course, is pure bliss but "I am not there" hits the spot, to me anyway
Beautiful
As I'm listening to this my first thought is: "It's too slow..." Then my brain switches back on and I realize that any faster would mean 'mush,' given the gorgeous acoustics! This is really well done!

I thought the same thing at first! But this is the type of piece that allows for so much give and take and interpretation. Plus, as you said, too fast and it would sound like mush. Beautifully done, bravo!

I sped it up for playback at 1.25 & 1.5 speed and thought either could work!
