Improving Balance, the Feldenkrais Way

This is a demo of the Awareness Through Movement lesson called, "Improving Balance, the Feldenkrais Way." We can't improve our balance by standing on one leg trying not to fall over. We improve balance by being in balance and then doing small movements out of balance that our nervous system can keep up with. We are refining our brain map of how the shoulders, spine, pelvis and feet align and coordinate to give us easier and more stable movement in standing.
