Calcium deficiency does not affect sciatic directly.but vitamin D deficiency is one of the causes of sciatica. Low vitamin b12 also a cause of sciatica. Magnesium also plays an important role . Take foods contain vitamin b12 , vitamin d , calcium , megnesiun and omega 3 fatty acids for the better relief.

Eat sardine fish curry as I mentioned in one of my Vedio Take cow milk with black jaggery and take curd with your meal Take dates with cashewnut Exposure yourself to sunlight to get vitamin D. Consume soup made with drum stick leaves . Consume plenty of water. Drink lemon in empty stomach . Be active. Do some exercise if possible

Take cow milk with black jaggery. Eat curd with meal. Eat nattu egg mixed with boiled cow milk.
