yes this is music because you can notice how hard he´s transmiting his passion and emotion for what he´s doing, maybe you can´t notice the emotion just hearing but thanks to this video we can see that what he´s doing is not so easy but anyways he´s making this sounds with his heart (metaphorically)

Its easy to do this today with digital DJing. Back then you really need to be bored to be able to mess around the vinyls and discover a tune that sounds like the imperial march
