I'm legit sad right now for all the teens who didn't get to experience early KZread. It was such a better, carefree experience. You could message each other, 5 star ratings, no annoying censorship, and the best part... NO ADS. I miss this era so much!

I loved old KZread as anyone could upload anything and there was no demonetisation, no age restriction and no monitoring of videos so you could be free to do whatever. You could literally just find porn on KZread at one point.

It will never get old, I love watching this video! The first time I saw it, middle son found it 17 years it had just popped up on KZread! I didn’t know a thing about YT, but after watching this video, I learned everything I could! I watch this video at least twice a year now! That first year I watched it so much I do every dance right along with him😂😂😂😂then my son that showed me he joined in and we’d do it together!! So much fun!!

Lets stop for while and appreciate the fact that he's probably someone's dad. Imagine seeing your dad becoming a KZread myth... Just epic.

The term "legend" gets throws around way too often now, but this video, this man, is a bonafide KZread OG/Legend. This video is the equivalent of going platinum 10 times over in terms of nostalgia..

I remember logging into KZread everyday from 2008-2010 and this was ALWAYS the most viewed video on the platform. I miss old KZread so much. More customizable channels, friends list, messages, the ability to comment on a persons channel, and the legendary 5 star ratings and the yellow subscribe button. Why did it all have to change…

I was graduating highschool when this debuted. Razer phones and DSL high speed internet 😅. Take me back!!! Love how it left off at "Dust Off Your Shoulders". Makes me think of the dance moves that have came since. Wish this had a 20th anniversary update in 2026 🤞🤞

I can’t believe I’ve been on KZread longer than this video has.. I remember when it dropped.. I feel old but privileged

I've seen a lot of these over the years, but this guy is the best ever! He never misses a beat and the nuances are amazing. It never gets old! I could watch him all day long.

My dad actually showed this to me when it was new, it was one of his favorites. He passed away recently, and watching this just reminded me of that moment.. watching this guy dance and laughing with Dad. Cherish those close to you, everyone. And cherish these years if you're still a teenager. If you would have told me when i first saw this video that 14 years later i would watch this and cry afterwards. I am 32 now. Time is strange to go so slow and fast like it does.

YTP's, 4chan memes (what is love is the first thing that comes to mind), Anime Hell , English dubbed anime separated in 4 parts, and KZread God's like Chocolate rain, Angry German kid, Angry video game critic, OK Go, the guy that sings that flea markets are just like a mini mall, Big Bill Hell, early Shane Dawson, Fred and the Numa numa guy all mixed into one beautiful site. The quality sucked at times but when the videos were made with love and for the sakes of having fun instead of promoting a tv show, album or whatever will make the person money.

Someone should digitally remaster This to sharpen the image quality and add in thx audio quality. Then this masterpiece could be enjoyed for generations to come.

What a timeless classic, KZread at its best, today we don't get any of this.

Can we also all just take a second to appreciate how generally well all these songs are edited and how it seamlessly flows from one to the next. I mean damn, fellow artists who work with music in live performance, take note! lol
