Japanese superfood rice bowl
・Rice (as much as you want)
・Lotus root
・1 tsp Oil
・Cherry tomatoes
・Cucumber
・Natto
・Nori seaweed
・Dried bonito flakes
・Egg yolk (or Porched egg)
・3.5 oz (100g) Chinese yam
・1-2 tsp Pickled plum (Umeboshi)
・1/2 tsp Soy sauce
・1/2 tsp Honey or Beet sugar
・A pinch of Dashi powder
・1 tbsp Soy sauce
・1 tbsp Mirin
・1 tsp Sesame oil
・A pinch of Dashi powder
Comforting kabocha and ground meat dish
・8.5 oz (240g) Kabocha squash
・4.6 oz (130g) Ground chicken
・1/2 tsp Oil
・1/2 tsp Grated ginger
・1 tbsp Sake
・0.8 cup (200ml) Water
・1 tbsp Soy sauce
・1 tbsp Mirin
・1/2 tbsp Sugar
・1 tsp Oyster sauce
・A pinch of Salt
・1 tsp Potato starch
・2 tsp Water
Miso soup (1 serving)
・0.8 cup (200ml) Boiling water
・1 tbsp Miso paste
・A pinch of Dashi powder
・Diced tofu
・Dried wakame seaweed

    This set seems exactly easy typical Japan's simple breakfast set seeing uncooked egg yolk, instant pouring hot water miso soup, etc. Sweet seedless kabocha squash and ground meat's combination are Japan inspired style🎉 that I have became liking. ❤Thanks for teaching.     @@JapaneseCookingChanneldef have to try making this 😁 I got tired of western style breakfast so I used one of ur old miso soup videos to learn how to make miso soup from scratch for the first time 😄 I had it for breakfast along with salmon, rice, a fish omelette and vegetables. it was divine 😊 can’t wait to make this breakfast soon !

    I think if I would make miso soup more often if I could make it without a pot! Cleaning the pot is so bothersome. Maybe I will try it!
