Based on what was shown: scrambled eggs w/ flour as the base (to create batter since this is PANCAKE), shredded cabbage, ramen noodles, bacon, sunny side up eggs, Worcester soy sauce, Mayo for dressings, cheese, green onions or scallions, sliced corn or corn bits, bread crumbs, diced red pepper,, seaweed flakes. It is called OKONOMIYAKI (PANCAKE).

​@@seansilvers3624I don't know, alot of asian cultures eat raw pork and it can be very dangerous. Sometimes the pork is not cured all the way and parasites are a scarey thing.
