Can't believe I never thought of draining the pickle and onion juice from egg salad. Then again my family's recipe isn't thick in the first place

@@dkexpat2755 All good burger mince is frozen to blend, if you don't freeze it the grinder heats up too much and causes the fat to render through which causes the burgers to cook too fast and release too much juice.

Not too big on the egg salad or fried egg on two of those sandwiches... but, that double-patty with grilled onions and cheese? That is right up my alley! I'd order that in a heartbeat!

@@Kazzie_the_chomper They cooked the egg so fast that the white around the yolk is visibly raw. They need to turn that grill down by several hundred degrees and cook their food properly instead of blasting it with 1,000 degrees so that the underside is reduced to carbon while the topside is raw and still wobbling.

Looks so delicious for Korean homemade burger. would love to try one day.

These look incredible, well done to everyone who made this possible. Made me very hungry.

Just in case anybody is unaware, the reason why this is called a chicken burger and not a chicken sandwich is some areas of the world, such as New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, and Australia, don't recognize a chicken sandwich as a sandwich. The word sandwich is defined more narrowly, to require the pieces of bread to be sliced from a loaf, and a roll or bun with filing would not generally be called a sandwich. This is even more true as in international burger franchises like McDonalds in New Zealand and Australia, they call things like the McChicken chicken burgers. Just a fun fact for you all~ :)

How in the hell you'd eat it is a different question. Japanese people just be like "I'll take two quarter-pounders with American cheese X2 plus mushrooms plus 6 oz of steak plus a fried egg plus microgreens plus caramelized onion plus tomato plus regular onion plus lettuce plus an onion ring plus bbq sauce plus teriyaki sauce plus . . ."

That's a "nominal" size? They are huge. There is no way a human can take a single bite out from the top bun to the bottom bun. It maybe "nominal", but too tall for my mouth. .... I clicked the like.

That sauce was a blended egg salad ,it had mayo,homemade pickle relish and blended onion in it,blended down smooth to a sauce or topping ,the rest is easy crispy fry the chicken!!!

Wow, this video is an absolute treat for the senses! The way Seagull Food combines Korean street food with a touch of creativity and passion is simply outstanding. that sunny side up egg was deadass gooey raw (the egg whites). and I also thought it was weird how they put a hot burger in a plastic type bag (seems toxic/unhealthy). besides that the other burgers looked amazing.

99 percent of this video is perfect. At 18:26, there has to be a better scraping technique so as not to lose some of the smash burger crust. I would use a firmer spatula, turn upside-down, and push down to scrape

i work at a wendys in America, and everything is ok, EXEPT THE BUN GRILLIN, it HURT MY OWN SOUL to see those buns grilled, like WHY!??! but other than the buns, not only was the video satisfyingly, i also learned new cooking techniques!
