I'm studying how to make the perfect tamagoyaki. After many years of research and studying I finally now how the make a winner tamagoyaki. But... it's not perfect.. but I will keep trying to perfect it .. and when I do I will finally accomplish all my goals. The ingredients are.. •Eggs (4) •Milk (1 ts) •soya sause (1 ts) •Sugar (1 ts) Directions •Mix like in anime •Mix •More mixing •And more •warm that thing that's outside on top of the oven •put a little bit of oil on your pan (u can use round to but square is best for tamagoyaki) •spread with paper •Pour forth of the mixture (30.3333333325% out of 100% of the mixture) •wait for 25 seconds •Mix it carefully so the egg doesn't burn but not to much . Like shown in video •use chopsticks to see if it's ready (Tip look around the sides if it's half cooked then it's done) •Fold it carefully (u will fold it 3 or 4 times ) •carefully fold again •move to top •add oil and spread with paper on the pan •add the second part of the mixture and repeat ( This is Gray For more information click on www.tamagoyakiofficial.com I'd be happy to help u make your tamagoyaki! Just bought one of these pans. I won't attempt this Master's heights, but I made a couple with three eggs each and it was surprisingly easy (I used a spatula to turn) and fun. Egg streudel! I'm gonna start adding (finely chopped) omelette fixings to the egg mixture. But even with just with a little soy sauce, sweet vinegar, and S&P they're really good.

I thought I’d get bored but somehow I didn’t. And now I really want a torta, which is what my grandma called a circular omelette she’d make for us. That’s not what a torta actually is. A torta is a sandwich, but the omelettes were round so she just went ahead and called them that anyway. Yes I highly want a torta with chocolate milk on the side. Love and miss you abuelita. Wait, was I talking about? Oh yeah! This was a beautiful egg making video. Thank you.
