1. Yakitori Stir-fried Ramen
Ingredients [for 1 serving]
・4 oz (110g) Ramen noodles (raw type)
・3.5 oz (100g) Chicken
・0.7 oz (20g) Green onion
・1 tsp Sake
・A pinch of Salt and pepper
・2 tsp Oil
・1 tbsp Soy sauce
・1 tbsp Mirin
・1 tsp Sugar
・1/2 tsp Grated garlic

2. My Recommended Beer Snack
Ingredients [for 1-2 servings]
・5.3 oz (150g) Cabbage
・5.3 oz (150g) Lotus root / potatoes / Japanese yam / Chinese yam
・2 tbsp Flour
・1 Egg
・1 tsp Shantan (Chicken stock powder)☆
・A pinch of Salt and pepper☆
・A pinch of Dashi powder☆
・2 tsp Oil
・2 tsp Sake
・Tonkatsu sauce
・Mayonnaise
・Dried bonito flakes
・Aonori

    Thanks for decluttering and summering as easiest sauce of ❤yakitory chicken. I think it will be good with all types of noodles. When needing night time snack with beer or implement of dinner, making over huge platter and eating happily. If skewered as 선생님 teaches,: it become yummy chicken skewer! 2in1! Japanese okonomiyaki is famous. In my taste cabbage with pork version is the best! 📒I have not been bought pronounced mirin(some said it's same as cooking wine and another said it's called mi.rim(mi.rin). I'm not confused but I haven't just had chance to buy but i need straight answer) so far. So happy brcause I can learn many many interesting japanese cooking from you. Please spend better weekend and dont forget to care me~ (wonder can I do Japan's native language too with long term... 선생님! please slowly find me in)

    @@JapaneseCookingChannel Yes, I have vegetable garden and some fruits as well. Though for the fresh green onions I will have to wait till probably end of April since they are still not planted [the weather is still to cold here].
