    Hes the best if your a fighter cause hell put you in the biggest event, get you the most exposure on the biggest platform. But warren tends to put on more competitive fights for the fans. They both do better in different areas so its hard to say who the best is

  • @danielknott7447

    @danielknott7447

    6 жыл бұрын

    He's filming on a dslr with an external microphone, but it's not a powered mic you can tell. It's not bad equipment but its a 5 year old camera with a small sensor. A phone can product a decent image in very limited settings but no it can't produce good audio, no phone can. It might sound good on a phone but will still sound shit compared to a mic. I'm not knocking him like i said but theres been quite a few issues lately with sound and focus so to say that's the number 1 tool of his trade it's definitely time for an upgrade.

    I’m not bothered about the video quality, I don’t need to study the interviewees’ complexions. But they do need a better mic which can be focused to reduce background noise.

    Lawrence Ashworth you pay for sky , then you pay for the sky sports then you pay for the PPV . On that last PPV you had AJ boxing a stand by in Takan , then watch the ref stop it just as AJ started to blow out he’s own jacksy . You can tell when hern is bullshitng because he’s lips are moving, all about the money not a damm thing funny

  • @chorleycc

    @chorleycc

    James - I completely get where you're coming from. Imagine the uproar if sky decided to make the big Premiership games, such as Man City Vs Man Utd, PPV. It would be seen as outrageous. However, as a boxing fan, I am happy with the quality of the fights announced by Matchroom and Sky so far this year. Brook vs Rabchenka, Whyte vs Brown, Okolie vs Chamberlain, Quigg vs Valdez, Amir Kahn vs TBA, all on regular sky with some good undercard action. That's all I was getting at. Would love it if Joshua vs Parker wasn't PPV but it's just not the world with live in. Sky Sports spend the vast majority on football - I dont agree with that but it's the truth. Therefore other sports have to find alternative ways to generate the income they deserve. If Sky gave boxing 1% of the football budget we probably would never have to pay for fights. All I can say is if you don't like it don't pay. If there was a petition to Sky to spend more of our money on boxing opposed to football I would sign but there dosn't seem to be a serious demand.

    Hello Mike. I can not think of better start, on paper, to a boxing season than this. The heavyweight division is live with the top 5 fighting each other, WBSS has some great fights (Groves vs Eubank + Usyk vs Briedis), sky has announced good fights, BT has announced a couple of good fights such as Frampton vs Donair and Shelby vs Warrington. In my opinion, it's shaping up to be a great year. If I am deluded, oh well at least I will enjoy. Mike out of interest do you think this year is off to a bad start or just an average start? Be good to get your opinion.

  • @two-tricky
    @two-tricky6 жыл бұрын

    Well. What a geezer Eddie Hearns is. 100% respect to what he has achieved. Obviously he wasn'y born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He's achieved all his success by belief in his own ability, hard work and by the love of believig ib what he is promoting, with the desire of wanting to succeed.......................................................................................................................................... I have always loved and enjoyed promoting too, not sports events but music. Bands, D.J's., Dance nights. ...................................................................................................................................... I just love the buzz of finding a band, a D.J. or a music gendre that is underground but know and believe that one day with some luck and maybe of being in the right place at the right time and believing in what I am promoting will catch the attention of Joe Bloggs, the man/the woman in the street and catch on and spread like a forest fire. But what I have also found that is needed is HARD WORK and DEDICATION from the acts that you are trying to promote, that you are to get to from 'A' to 'D.' To do this you first have to negotiate the stepping stones 'A' to 'B'' to 'C' to'D' which in the music industry is not as easy as it sounds......................................... Generally you get to 'B' and you find the act's head is that far up it's own arse they have lost sight of what they are trying to achieve and expect to jump to 'D' after only just getting to 'A' thinking that thier is at a short cut and always crash and burn. They suddenly forget the amount of work that you have already done as a promoter to get themrse, out of the bedroom and playing to a live audience. It's alway the promoter that ends up paying for ervery thing and loosing money, thier own money, out of pocket promoting the act in the early days. Hoping that if they can match you belief in them and have the same dedication to work hard. damn hard. To practise, to practice to perfect playing and mastering what thet are going to play live. To trust the promoter who is the only one at the beginning that believes in them, that puts his money where is mouth is and the only one that makes it piossible to keep bridging the stepping stones to keep linking the 'A' to 'B' to 'C'' ' to 'D.' Yes my success rate is 100%..............................................................................................failure !! Not because of my failings but because of the bands, the D.J's the belief in the underground music scene and mainly because of wanting it all today/now, when with a little patience, dedication and belief that sometimes tomorrow does arrive they would of actually been someoneand got to "d' and maybe beyond !!! LOL......................................................................... Anyway "I'm innit for the love , not the money." Keep the faith and god bless you Eddie. Kind Regards Two-Tricky

    Could you replace James helder with someone that has a bit more passion and energy to their interview technique and can keep the viewers more engaged. Someone like Steven Hawkins would be an improvement.
