WE had a 7230 PowrQuad that was putting oil in the cooling system. The cooing system had a light grey color so we deduced it was the Trans- Hydraulic cooler bolted on the front of the Transmission....... It was, used Dawn to flush cooling system.... This was the extremely low houred tractor we bought from a dealership in south Texas that had a severe misconnection in the wiring system that the dealership or Deere couldn't fix so they took an ass cutting on the price to get rid of it..... We Found the misconnection, repaired the harness where they attempted a by-pass , used tractor and Sold it for twice it's value....

Man yeah Mr Pete!! You got it all flushed out and ready!! Can't say I blame you on all the extra might as well stuff 😉😉😁😁 Oh come on now, you know you want a muffler delete on there 😁😁J/K , that "special" elbow is quite expensive itself!! I did the same, replaced all the hoses when I did the water pump on the 10. It had been a mild winter for sure, y'all's way 😳😳 But that makes for nice outdoor days!! @@donvoll2580 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you Don. Life is good here in Kansas, mild weather compared to Alaska. My son said that they had almost 4 feet of snow in December.

That muffler design isn't their best idea.. the 88 series uses the same one.. Good to see no leaks!! I'm always on the fence when it comes to hoses.. had brand new ones fail, just the same as 50 year old ones.. Never hurts to flush it extra.. Patience 🤣😂 I always just say a few words and get it done.. Going to be a new tractor when you are done 👍 Merry Christmas Pete!!

Great job Pete I sure like my 1086 with the muffler 986 has a muffler delete and a turbo added by previous owner 25 years ago and it’s load as all get out merry Christmas sir! 🎅

That is he same place that my muffler on the 1086 went bad. That was a bugger to get the old piece off and the new one to go on he turbo charge.

I'm waiting for more warm weather to tackle that. Besides, there are a couple other things I need to do as long as I'm at it 🙂
