Anyone else go out to try the trick shots in Simons videos and realize how freaking insane it is that he has one for EVERY video???

I don’t have that kind of time! But it never gets old, to me. 👍🏼⛳️🏌🏽♂️
23* Adams Pro hybrid … 2 strips of lead tape under the leading edge to keep it low and piercing
I have the Cobra Radspeed one length 3 hybrid and absolutely love it. Bought it new a couple months ago for $129. I use it off the tee on dangerous driving holes, long par 3s, and it’s almost always my second shot on par 5s. It is my crutch club. ⛳️
Have the 19 deg version for two years and uses it for long par 3, transport shots and near green. Great video!
Ahhh, the 7 Wood, high launching, steep landing, stop it on a dime, AND SOLID DISTANCE, fantastic club!

@@DANIAC262 hate the 7 wood, see no reason for woods past a 5 wood. The extra loft makes it sit ugly behind the ball. Hybrids on the other hand are fine even on a 6 or 7.
Great. Just great stuff💪💪 I love my apex h2 hybrid but I see where this club could be very benifital💪 I do choke down on my h2 hybrid when it is in the rough to make it easier to get a good hit.
I am a senior man and I recently employed a Callaway Epic Max 'Heavenwood' and a Big Bertha B21 4 hybrid into my bag. So far--so good! Long (for me) and accurate!
Thanks for watching guys! Let me know what your “go to” course splitting golf club is?
When I was in my teens my go to club for straight and long was a Wilson 5 wood back when Woods were made of wood with steel shafts and good balls were balata covered, that with my 7 iron, 9 iron and sw was all I needed .
7 Woods are great, I have a Rogue ( blue rogue), It goes 245 yards summer time period but 210-220 yards in the winter. 42 inch shafted X -stiff shaft. It is so accurate. I keep a 3w 15 degree in the bag but it is a club for the right shot. I keep a cobra 5 Hybrid 25 degree in the same bag, 185-205 yards carry depends grip. My golf club is a 1890 established park course so tight tree shots appear every round, either a stinger or a bump sand run 5 Hybrid or 7w scorecard savers.
I have recently retired my ancient 20degree 5 wood. Bunkers, rough, divots…anywhere apart from off the tee. Now gaming a xr16 7 wood (19.99 ebay special) It has a lot to live up to and so far so good (equally useless off the tee)
Great info!
I bought a Ping G410 5H, 26 deg last year when it got marked down. I've been playing 10 years. It's my most used club.
Argh man, I just sold one exactly like this! 😂 loved this club for a long time. Favourite club in my bag at the moment is an sft 7wood!
Got the Speedzone one length hybrid got to say I don't hit it as much as I should but it does exactly what it say s on the tin I would recommend anyone who does not have one give it a go it will change your game such a versatile club
Have some one length hybrids and love them! Much more consistent with the one lengths I don't see much distance drop compared with the same loft hybrids as I'm able to get a more solid strike. I look forward to long Par 3s or longer approach shots.
My Wilson D9 7 wood. Very reliable off the tee, not so confident off the deck, but off the greens using a putting stroke it goes pretty close to the pin, closer than any wedge.

7 wood is useless. five wood does everything a seven wood would do, but it is easier to control because of the square face. Use a 3-4 Hybrid instead of the seven wood.
Great suggestion
The problem I've had with hybrids and fairway woods in general, is that they always tend to be very draw biased. I've now taken out my 3 wood, hybrid and 5 iron and replaced them with just a 3 iron/driving iron, for off the tee, on those tight fairways.
My oldie but goodie is a Nike VR pro hybrid in 24 degrees with a project x shaft... I can hit it 195 +/- 5 yards on demand and have never found a replacement for it!!
In the East coast semi winter conditions I find myself using hybrid more often than in normal summer conditions.
id just did a experiment as i spin driver to much and dispersion can be on another planet so i looked on eBay for low spin 3 wood i picked up a callaway epic sub zero tour issue 3 wood for £80 changed the shaft and wow this things a rocket and dispersion is a lot better looking forward to the return of the summer as this beast is going to run for miles
Love my ping g20 5 wood, just bought a yonex 7 wood as not getting on with my one length cobra 4 hybrid….
Just picked up the radspeed new for $129, very excited
I had a chappy Wilson hybrid, couldn't get on with it, hated it! Bought a Cobra hybrid and absolutely love it trust every shot etc just brilliant!
Wonder what would happen if you had a custom hybrid made at 10-11 degrees
Great video as always, but this time even better, as you used a clip from one of my videos🎉😂
Love my 7 wood..hit it 175 and it stops like my lob wedge.😎👍
Ping Crossover 3 iron off the tee is crazy long. Adams 4 hybrid for stock 205 off the tee, fairway, rough. It’s a great little cheat stick
I’m not a fan of Hybrids, But for the slot I’ve always bagged a 7 wood I think they are even more forgiving
Simon is just the most underrated golf KZreadr
Taylor Made R11 3 wood Reg shaft finds the fairway lovely
My 2010 TaylorMade Burner Superfast 5 18* ✌️
This exact club, Simon - F9 One Length, 25 deg. The 200 yard comfort club - you only outgrow it if your ego gets in the way!
My go-to club is my 3 wood off the tee or off the deck ..par 5s..par 4s...driver only if I need or want to just let it go long and crooked
Hi Simon, what are your thoughts of this club for a taller golfer I'm 6 ft 5.??👊
I would really like to see you do a review of the 2021 Adams Tight Lies fairways. I got a "used" 3 wood from eBay for just over $100 US . S158 Cad. $230 Cad ( Most fairways are $4&p in the bag here in Canada. If you live where add The cost of a1000 mile round trip to the nearest golf store or $60 cad shipping.) with shipping and duty.Used meant there 2as on hit mark on the and all the decals were intact. Oner the years, I have owned about 30 fairway woods some 3, but mostly 5 due to my slow swing speed. Most were top of the line, either Gold of Silver on the Golf Digest hot list. This Adams outshines them all for me For me it is easy to hit, flys as high as any 5 wood and is as long as my best struck 3 wood, which was a 16 degree Orlimar Knoxkoff. Same loft and shaft length as the Adams.
whatever you use < more practice with it will always be benificial
Go to club for me is my taylormade sim 7 iron. I can flush that 180 yards with carry. Failing that my Cobra sz hybrid
My 28* nine wood is a 190 yard money shot. Never strays left or right, always at least that distance dispersion front to back, and stops within 2 feet of landing.

people that use utility irons, 9 woods, 11 woods and even 7 woods should be banned for life from playing golf. Learn how to use a normal club dude. There is plenty of choices there in hybrids and irons. It is much easier to hit a 4 hybrid at 190 than a 9 wood.
Ping g425 4 hybrid. Straight and around 185 yards.
Cobra 7 wood . Solid reliable club for me
I use my Mizuno JPX EZ 4 hybrid better than any club in my bag. My Cobra F9 5 wood with the baffler rails is money off the tee.
Have an adams tight lies 5 wood that I have a ton of confidence in
Zac Radford and the guys at Good Good are crazy good golfers
Recently, I purchased ltdx 3 and 4 one length hybrids but it is really hard because I am 6 inch tall height but not sure that is a real reason. so anyone has same experience like me?
Sounds nearly as good as the Elven hybrid irons you tested.
I’d like to see a competitive round with James v Rick v Finch v Fryer v Sas
I have a Wilson 14 degree ladies driver in my bag any tight par 4 225 down the middle
Was that a spot of the stinger kind Zac Radford I just seen in this vid?
“Can’t just use a 7 iron..” Can’t I? 😂
24 degree Inesis hybrid from decathlon gets me down the course reliably every time.
Cobra King Utility 3 iron
SLDR mini driver 14⁰
PXG 0211 5 wood 18 deg Better off the deck than off the tee
Playing a 18 degree hybrid close to a 7 wood
4h 100% no questions for me
19 deg Callaway x hot hybrid
Is there any issues having this in the bag if the rest of your irons are normal length?
@otherone1234
Жыл бұрын
of course not. who care swhat you put in your bag as long as you like what you have. Be careful though you might get arrested lol.
My 6 to 9 irons are all one length at 36.5 set up doesn't change so much more consistent 15 to 20 yards between them but more straight so much improvement, shorter length can help to improve consistency as your video proves. Cobra 5 hybrid 37.5 bullet 180 yards my go to club to be honest, being short and having a few mobility issues in my left shoulder, I could not get on with the regular shaft, so had to change my thought process, I thought fitting was not for me to be honest it completely ruined my game and set up with each club. As you know I'm a keen second hand clubs kind of guy so tried a few club's kept a few and sold the rest. I think to many people watch pro's giving them false information about the lasted and in their opinion best forgiving club's I brought a recommended brand only one aTaylorMade and thought you know what I will try it what a disappointment that was, obviously sold it, got my old Ben sayer's M15 absolutely shocked how consistent I was with them, straight and spot on with the average distance achieved. That's why I like your content Simon no ballshit and straight to the point. Old club are just as good as the well overrated and overpriced brands to be honest.
Use one length 3 and 4 utility irons - honestly don’t understand why more players don’t know about/use them. So easy compared to traditional 3 and 4 irons.
@otherone1234

Utility irons are the dumbest idea in golf. You either learn how to hit irons or use hybrids, especially the one length hybrids. If I were you I would just get rid of those ugly, useless, serve no purpose utility clubs. Take them behind the barn and shoot them, or better yet burn them.
Ping 7 wood
Not 14 clubs anymore
imy 3 iron is my favorite club unless i fat it
3w F9 speedback or 3hybrid
Sorry Simon, I'm the oddball as my go to club, off the tee, is always driver!!! After 53 years, albeit, but if I want to hit a tee shot 220 yards, that is, and always has been, the go to club!!! Guess I'm just odd (the wife's nodding furiously at that!!!!).
all of my clubs
5 iron for sure!
3 Rescue. 170 carry. Dead straight.
5-wood off the tee!
Bingo. But you should expound a little bit further. Tell the secret
My driver is just as accurate as my fairways or hybrids - they all go straight 80% of the time and mars 20% to be honest pretty much the same as the rest of my bag
The best golf club is the one you can repeatedly hit 100-120 yards into a tight target.
