Well don’t forget he got this lean for tournament babe. This isn’t how he’s going to look in everyday life nor how he wants to look. He himself said it’s unhealthy he’s tired and sad with no energy and he can barely walk up the stairs without being super winded. It’s great that u have goals but having your body fat this low isn’t healthy or sustainable for anyone.

@@Luckygun6513 Alex is no where near this low he’s at least 5% higher bf than this guy and he himself says it’s overwhelming and upsetting to diet the way he does all the time. U act as if he naturally maintains his low body fat (which still isn’t this low) when u can see him on his channel saying he wants to live his life eating what he wants while still healthy just mot as strict as he does and the pressure from social media for him to maintain his physique makes him nearly bulimic if he has a Cookie he beats himself up about it for days it’s really sad how Alex mentally struggles with his weight and physique. U should watch his channel to see what he’s actually going through.

Add side and rear delt work to your arm days too, it’s also the best day for supersets. I prefer the “arm biased upper day” that might start with a close grip bench and some chin-ups before moving into your curls, raises and extensions.
