There's something you forgot to add: At 9:45, in addition to Gru's Reckless Driving charge, we see that the person on the guardrail is fishing. However, Gru accidentally knocks him over with the vehicle. Although the sea/water is right next to the person, he probably got serious injured due to the hard surface of the cliff. Due to this, I don't think this poor man made it alive. I'm counting this as Manslaughter. Even in a case where the person managed to survive, that may have been Battery. Also, if the person survived or died, this would (maybe) be Reckless Endangerment since he was on a cliff and was very close to falling off. (wait nevermind hes reckless endangering himself). (also the fishing pole might've broke so ill count that as property damage and would make gru pay atleast 35 dollars.) Because of the Manslaughter and Property Damage charges, Gru's sentence would be 90.25 years, $infinite criminal damage (infinity+35=infinity), 2 life sentences, his lair being shut down, and points taken off his license.
10:49 That man did cheat during his game, but that isn’t really an excuse to destroy his property.

Here’s the thing he’s not selling people air he’s selling idiots things they already got like they can clearly breathe outside by themselves without his air and he can’t tell me he’s just pumping fresh air out into the world out of the kindness of his own heart. Also the bottles of air he delivers pumps out really fast. Meaning you got 12 minutes of air that stuff enough for someone to drive around and drop off more air meaning you can breathe just fine without it but buy it because it’s convenient kind like buying a bottle of water at a convenience store you could probably just go home real quick and get yourself a bottle of water but it’s convenient to just buy it from here so O’Hare doesn’t have monopoly on air. He’s selling idiots a product they can get for free.
You COULD make an exception as its generally stated and ruled(from my knowledge) that in areas that you arent expected to have privacy, its not illegal to film/record, but also the cameras are probably WAY too close to many houses, which kind of screws over his whole immunity

I would argue that all of vectors traps are illegal as even though grute was on his property there are still limits to what responses are legal. A good example of this is the case of the shotgun booby trap. A land owner set up a shot gun trap to defend his valuables in a home he didn't occupy. It ended up blowing a guys leg off when he tried to rob the place. The thief was arrested and charged with his crimes, but he later sued the land owner over this incident as it was such an extreme thing and he actually won.

Not to mention that aside from the federal Vector v State charges loads of civilians would press charges and win their respective cases racking vector an unimaginable amount of money owed on top everything.
Well, these cases would heavily or entirely depend if these crimes happened in US jurisdiction, as well as the statue of limitations if these people escape long enough for most or all of the crimes they've been charged with to be automatically dropped. Obviously, Vector and Gru's crimes happened in the US, but O'hares case didn't happen in the US (not to mention if it happened on Earth at all)
Vector's possession of military-grade munitions definitely violates ATF regulations on destructive devices, and his irresponsible use of them would most likely cause massive damage to public property. If that detonation at 4:10 ruptured underground utilities, then he'd be in even more trouble. Interestingly, his use of red-bellied piranhas as ammunition, while animal abuse, does not violate any protected wildlife acts. Red-bellied piranhas are the single most common piranha species, and are not considered endangered or threatened in any way. Gru also owns and uses ATF-regulated destructive devices. In addition to fraud, impersonating a medical doctor is a felony. Vector and Gru are also committing major FAA violations by intruding on controlled airspace (they're operating above the clouds, which definitely puts them in Class A airspace) and by flying in homemade aircraft, likely without getting airworthiness certificates.

Not only is possession of a deadly weapon a crime in certain places (e.g. Gru bringing the fireball gun to the fair) but if we assume Despicable Me is set in America, weapon manufacturers require a licence, something no villains would have. This means that you can add the illegal manufacture of deadly weaponry to the list of crimes.
