@@thelifeofaria that’s a fair assessment. Most women are not looking for a man as a paycheck. Sometimes it’s hard to determine character on a first date. Having honest dialogue about expectations helps to decide to go further or part ways.

A perfect marriage or relationship is an illusion; there's no universal playbook for making them work. What's effective for one couple may not apply to another. Nevertheless, I've come to understand that there's always a solution to be found. Half a decade ago, my wife and I faced such trials in our marriage that divorce seemed inevitable. Yet, through perseverance and determination, we navigated through the rough waters and emerged stronger, reunited, and more resilient

Steve said a real man will find it insulting because he’s intelligent enough to understand that it is indeed questioning his capabilities. A powerful man will pay for a woman’s meal he is interested in, is what I understand. There are men and then there are men standing in their power and owning it.🤷‍♀️ Men who have went through the lessons and fully experienced them to be able to achieve true understanding of manhood. Steve’s right to specify heterosexual men because the world is so unique in fashion now that you’ve got to be very specific at what you’re acknowledging. Steve is so wonderful to enlighten women this way without the bull crap. We thank you. We admire you. It is not about having money to invest in stocks, but also you need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have strong hands to back it up.

There's nothing wrong with her telling her mother where she's going and with whom, even giving the friends phone number. Enough times people disappear and family don't know where they went and with whom. You're never to old to show respect to your parents. When I travel abroad I'll stay at family or friends. When I go out I'll say where I'm going and give the number of the other friend just in case. It's also a smart thing to do 😊

In my 20s i used to go dutch with men. My mother laughed at me and said any man who would allow a woman to pay on a first date is not a real man. I brushed her off as being old fashioned but she was right nothing ever came of the dates with guys who asked me to pay. Now i wouldnt dream of paying for a thing, at least not early on in the relationship. I took my bf out for his 48th birthday (i am 39) on Feb 22 and he wouldn't even let me pay - he insisted on getting the tab on his own birthday! This is how men are - they are born with the drive to hunt and pursue what they want and to provide. If he is not providing for you and pursuing you and instead are giving you silly excuses about feminism and women's lib he is either a poor excuse for a man or he is not interested...in you. Watch all that feminism crap fly out of his vocabulary so quickly when he comes across the woman he's actually been looking for, the woman he's dreamt about. 😂

I disagree with this on Steve. We all need for someone to always have our backs husbands and wives. Sisters brothers neighbors. Why is it different for parents and children. These ppl are biologically tied of course she wants to help you and do what she can to protect you. Why is it so hard for us to keep protecting our child because they’re 21. Not because it wasn’t done for you (generally) means we should not read thr times we live in and make adjustments. When you have a friend leaving your home you call to see if they reach home or if they’re coming for a visit and are late you call to make sure they’re not in a wreck much more your daughter 9:31

I thought the daughter was going to say something way out. But the truth is the mother is doing what she ought to do. Steve’s daughter might have a driver/bodyguard or assistant (don’t listen to Steve he isn’t telling the whole story, living in an apartment with security and doorman… very unfair to say that your kids have moved out implying they are on their own) The mother isn’t talking precaution because the daughter might hurt herself… it’s so the guy (who she doesn’t know) WILL KNOW she’s loved and is cherished and will come find his whole family if something goes wrong. Where’s the problem. Young lady I pray you just relax and let mom who’s so wise lay the protection around you so you can go out confidently knowing someone is looking out for you. Keep going mom Mr Harvey you are wrong wrong wrong on this one
