Very soft buns.
RECIPE for very soft buns.
250 ml warm milk.
250 ml warm water.
10 g dry yeast.
60g sugar.
Mix everything well.
Cover the yeast mixture with a kitchen towel.
Leave the yeast mixture in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Add 1 chicken egg.
Mix everything together.
Sift 700 g flour.
10g salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
It is good to sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Add flour if necessary.
The dough should not stick to your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough turned out well.
Dust the dough with flour.
Press the dough down with your hand.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with a kitchen towel.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
Dough size 40*40 cm.
Spread the dough with melted butter (40 g).
Roll the dough into a roll.
Dust a cutting board with flour.
Place the dough on a cutting board.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
In 10 minutes.
Take the dough out of the fridge.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Press the dough down with your hand.
Make slits in the dough.
Press the dough down with a wooden stick.
Repeat after me.
It's very easy.
Cut the dough roll into 5 pieces.
The width of each piece of dough is 8 cm.
Place the dough on a baking tray with baking paper.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Cover the buns with cling film.
Leave the rolls in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Brush the rolls with egg yolk.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
The buns are ready!

Я тоже подумала, что было бы неплохо добавить начинку, например грецкий орех с сахаром и сливочным маслом.... Но не получится ли тесто тяжёлым? Не придавит ли начинка тесто?

Thanks for sharing your recipe, I like it and will try it. But I am very sad to see, most home bakers still use cling film. The world is drowning in plastic I use a shower cap. It is plastic too, but at least it can be reused, and in the long run is cheaper than the cling film option.

I have the same form bread, but mine I put a pizza meat ingredients and cheddar, mozzarella cheese.and sprinkle brown sugar on top. It's awesome recipe.
