I got diagnosed with chrones 4 years ago and I found running to be a big factor in keeping me healthy and it also helps me relieve stress at times

How do you structure your running when you're not in a prep/build for a race?

I just try to hit weekly mileage of 30-35 miles a week. My goal is to maintain solid fitness so that when I hop into another prep, the build up won’t have to be so long.

What about a triathlon series?

Ok first hi IK Probobly no one will read this but ima talk anyway.I run to get my mind of things my situationship,my freinds,and my family.I started running about 8 months ago and am the 2nd best 7th grader in my school for cross country (the other person has been running for years)the most I’ve run would be 6 miles the most I’ve done in a day is 8 tho.I love your videos they keep me motivated.Rn I’m trying to get back to running but it’s kinda hard cause of soccer season.the fastest I’ve ran is a 7:08 mile and a about 6.895 on my district meet.ok ima leave now bye have fun.

BPN paid for the travel b/c Nico’s a bad ass. And he hustles. Y’all should try it some time.

What has he overcome? If he wasn't a somewhat good looking person of apparent privilege he'd have maybe a third of the followers. There's some great stories, people out there, this just isn't making the game day highlight real.
