Recipe and ingredients:
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 tbsp dry yeast. 1 large egg.
300 ml warm milk.
100 ml warm water.
Butter (melted) 50 g.
600 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
10 ml vegetable oil.
1 egg for brushing.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
