This is not the Raxus Address as the Raxus Address was given by Count Dooku on the junk world of Raxus Prime in 24 BBY in which he condemns the Senate and Jedi for allowing the Galactic Republic's morals and ideals to decline this speech is from the canon novel called Dark Disciple which takes place in 19 BBY.

When it comes to the different political factions in the star wars universe I would actually support the confederacy of independent systems ( the separatist alliance ) dooku makes for a great political leader (despite the fact that he is a sith lord and is actually sidious pawn ♟ ) I actually sympathized with his character in tales of the jedi. I heard that there might be a star wars what if series in the works, I would like to see a "What If" about dooku. Like what if dooku did get a seat on the jedi council instead of Mace windu? Or perhaps a what if dooku chose to betray sidious and actually tried to win the war for the separatists? 🤔

As someone who has never read a book from the Clone Wars era I always wondered if Dooku ever really believed in creating a separate state from the Republic that in theory would be better than the Republic itself. I honestly would love to see in the future What If series that is rumored to be planned for Star Wars that shows Dooku throws away Palpatine's plan and actually creates an actual separate state. The CIS had the right idea IMO
