That's it, I've discovered the most relaxing thing in the world: watching someone knit with a yarn machine.

RIGHT! I need to find KZreadrs who just post videos of them machine knitting now.

@@JennaPhipps ... My mom got a knitting machine and took it everywhere she went. She had made all our clothes all our lives, and made lamp shades for years. Then she got into more crochet and knitting, and eventually the knitting machine. She loved it, and had to show it off to everyone. It IS fun. Congrats on your wardrobe. Love the way you just jump into it and do it.

So true, forget all the "cozy fireplace in a cabin during heavy rain" videos, they cannot surpass yarn machine knitting.
As someone who got an old knitting machine many many moons ago, my only warning is to maybe wear a mask while working for a long time on the machine. The tiny fibres that end up floating around always made my throat and sinus hurt any time I didn't. Knitting machines feel like magic! Welcome to the fun :) Great result, good job

NO WAY!!! I am so happy for you ❤️
When I was a kid there was a new yarn machine at home and my dad always said “this is for Anna, she’ll grow up and use it”. And I was totally not into handicraft. And here I am, 33 y.o. knitting my first socks and thinking of trying the yarn machine (it’s still there and still new)😂😂😂 Great video!

Do you know how much I’m willing to pay for one of those things now except i don’t have the money for it😂❤ treasure that baby❤
I'm 71 and I've never seen one of those devices at work. I think my arms would get tired, LOL. Love the clothes are piled on you and I own "Stripes" the book! My grandchildren LOVEd that book, when they were younger. Love the entire video and I so love your sweet doggie, stinky or not. love, hugs, prayers to you!! Keep it up!
Jenna, you are so cool. It irks me a little when people comment things like “I would never wear that” or “your style is so weird” on these vids. Like, you’re making these pieces for yourself and other people who share your style. Anyone who doesn’t like it can simply not dress that way. I don’t know why people feel the need to make these backhanded remarks, but I hope you know that all your pieces inspire me, even ones that I don’t know how to make or wouldn’t choose for myself, and you inspire me as a person as well. Your happiness when you discovered the twisty top was a great reminder to enjoy the little things in life! Thanks for another fun video!

Personally I love to love things, I hate to hate them :) I spent too long as a kid faking my interests for others and feeling too insecure to change my mind. Now that I do what I want as far as hobbies or color interests or who I love or how I want to be, I feel much more free and much more me. People tend to hate more when they see people happy though. It can be hard getting over the jealousy but it's better to remember that the happiness of others doesn't take from the happiness you can have.
@max-uh-milian3491

@@amethystskeels3788 definitely true. Not liking something is not inherently a problem, but it becomes one when they take it out on the people who do like it. If people want to criticize, they need to do it constructively and respectfully. Simply hating on something with no feedback is a waste of everyone's time. If they don't like something, why waste time making snide remarks about it instead of finding something else that makes them happy? Great observation.

I am not going to lie, that isn't a style I would choose for myself. But I wouldn't hate her if she loves it and quite obviously she does. For me, it's the randomness of the yarn types, and the random colors with no particular plan involved. I think the style would be greatly improved with a planned pattern and a more cohesive color palette. Imagine if she had matched one of those headbands, with the twisty halter top, using the same bright colors on both to make them a set? Or had the green and white stripes on the shirt sweater, as a pattern on one of the scarves? Details like that can pull a piece together and give it a more polished feel. But, that is just my opinion. I'm not gonna hate on her style. Also, this was a stash buster project so I get that it was mostly done for the fun of it!

@@themisfitowl2595 Exactly, that's the perfect mindset. You know what you like and dislike but don't try to force your opinion on someone. You let them live their life whether or not you agree with them and it makes everyone happier!

I am always curious when someone says they are easily bored. I have never been bored. It is an alien concept for me. I am such an imaginative and creative person that just never happens to me….hence watching Jenna who inspires my creativity and imagination
As a fellow yarn addict, I have found that the way I curb my stash collection is by doing smaller projects that require only a tiny bit of yarn, thereby making even a single skein last me for many projects. For example, given that I live in a warm climate where scarves, sweaters and gloves aren't part of my wardrobe, I knit flowers. I make dolls and knit them mini-scarves. And I'm such a sucker for handmade pompoms, tassels and knitted eye-cord. Also, I love pulling apart the yarn and knitting with the individual plys. It's a real challenge when your yarn is that thin. Pretty good for the knitter on a budget too!

Good job Jenna!! The skirt & sweater vest were especially beautiful. That multicolor mohair yarn was really pretty. Multicolor yarns are interesting, because they can turn out looking really different depending in how you use them & whether you knit or crochet them. ❤️
Wow...I have never seen so much yarn in my life! If I had that much yarn, to heck with everything else, I'd lock myself in my room and knit and crochet all day lol
You are the reason that I learned how to crochet, you taught me how to crochet actually! Know I am making my own t shirt yarn as well (again because of you) you also inspired me to organise my yarn, and now I can crochet clothes, blankets, bags etc. love your videos Jenna ❤
I started crocheting a blanket of all my extra balls of yarn. I had a garbage bag full of yarn that I haven’t touched in years, it’s looking so cool!!!
you always put a smile on my face by doing knit and crochet stuff 💕💕
Yay! Im actually going to be purchasing one in these next few months to help with my knitting business. These are awesome! Glad you’ve found joy in them!
This is exactly what’s I needed today. Thank you for making my day brighter. Your awesome
You always make me smile. Love the colors that you used.
Your knitted wardrobe is just so cool, Jenna!!! ❤❤❤
the colour combo's are like my favorite thing ever! also for the beautiful short scarf I suggest wearing one end to the front and one end to the back, I always do this and it makes me feel like an absolute fashion icon. anyway, this vid inspired me so much especially the colourful stripes I luv ty jenna
Your video suddenly pop up on my suggested video, i watch your video about 5 minutes and I already in love with ur video!😍😍😍 literally i love watching people crocheting/knitting. The process of it is so satisfying ✨
I could not stop smiling throughout your whole video. Very interesting and entertaining viewing I've had for a long time. You are a very talented person and I hope you never change haha! ❤️👍😊
I have a knitking bulky machine! Just got it a month or two ago, passed down through family. I've done some scarves and baby blankets, and then made 2 panels to put together for a larger blanket but haven't decided how to attach them yet. One of my favorite things to do is to take thinner yarns and knit them double on the machine! Cotton yarn is great for bags. To prevent things from rolling in, I like to crochet around the edges. Steaming helps, and the crochet edge helps even more, but slows down the process for sure.
I'm OBSESSED with that knitting machine!! I need one in my life. The top is my favorite piece, and I love all the scarves ♥♥♥
I love your knotting videos so much! It makes me really happy when you post a new one, and I watch it right away :)
You’re so funny! It’s great to need out about knitting / crochet with someone who has such an expressive personality
I once got a knitting machine but I never got it to work like this one, damn this was satisfying and frustrating at the same time 😁💕
The yarn colors are so beautiful! Love love love the skirt!!
Just discovered your channel and have been binge watching your videos while crocheting. I got my vintage Brother KX-350 knitting machine right around the same time this video was posted, and for my first project I made a bunch of scarf sized panels out of black, white, and different shades of gray, sewed them all together, and went around the whole thing with a border of about 5 rows of single crochet to stop it from curling. The end result was a HUGE striped king sized afghan that weighed almost 10 LBS, which I gifted to my father for Christmas. :)
I have the same problem with my massive fabric stash! That knitting machine is awesome. I had no clue they could be that big! The halter top with the twist was such a clever idea, and the cropped sweater and skirt came out super cute. Loved this whole video!

Oh, they can be even bigger, since you can join two or more of them together, but they're kind of expensive to own just one , never mind multiple.
One of your videos that I loved the most, I had so much fun just watching, I feel like you had the greatest time doing this. Thank you 😉
As a 17 year old who crochets your yarn stash is my dream!!!!
You are hilarious!!!! Thank you for putting this out to the world. 🎉
thank u so much for sharing this video, u have an amazing personality and it was so fun to having this journey with u
It's nice to see people do what they enjoy. Your enthusiasm and quirkiness make me a viewer.
Now I want to start knitting again *-*. The machine seems incredible! Good job in the pieces you made so far!
these videos are so fun! also i would kill for your yarn stash
You should make a scrap yarn blanket!
Your energy gives Micarah Tewers but a little less energy. This was really cool to watch, you really just went and validated me as an 11-year-old learning to crochet and loving how random sizes and colors of stripe looked. I think I might look into getting my own circular knit machine now. Edit: I did, I got a machine, it’s my favorite gadget like ever
You have such a good eye and sense for colours!😍

I live in a warm climate too. I make knitted flowers and put them on clips and hair ties! Also I knit mini scarves for dolls and plushies. Around this time of the year, I knit Christmas ornaments. There is even a type of rough scrubby yarn for knitting scrubby dish cloths! Knitting is a fantastic hobby! There are all kinds of things you can make that don't have to be warm scarves or bulky sweaters! Give it a try!
that was so amazing love all the pieces literally my fav person to watch can you do some more crochet content I love everything you make.
Her initiative is impressive. 😊 She puts the work in. 👏👏👏
Fabulous Fabulous YT!!! You are such a fun young woman! Love your fearless tenacity & curiosity to accomplish!!
omg thank you this really gave me the motivation to crochet more and make my yarn stash smaller.
Everything is so cute!! Job well done 🎉✨ the rainbow scarf that turned out shorter than anticipated could be used as a head scarf! I would definitely tie it on my head 😻😻😻
This makes me want to dig out the old knitting machine I was given many years ago which went straight into the attic. It looked so complicated to use. Probably is but you make it look easy 😂

Actually, for plain straight knitting, it's really as easy as she made it look. It only gets complicated when you start doing the more advanced stuff, like fancy stitches, short rows, etc. But you can pretty much knit a basic plain scarf with your eyes closed.
Girl - that is so stinking cute. You are an inspired and wonderful designer. I really like the final scarf and the head band.
I love your yarns and the colors.
This inspired me to bust my yarn stash - making something now that is (hopefully) wearable!
I'm super inspired by this video. Going through my stash as we speak and I definitely need to do something with it. 😅❤️🤷🏻♀️
watching this while finishing my essay thats 3 days late 😚😚😚😚
super cute projects!! if u want a tip 4 the scarfs to stay straight, you have to wash them and fix them with pins in shape, then let dry like that. you are gonna have rectangular shaped scarfs
I've got one of these had it for over a year and it's still in the box as it really intimidates me lol so well done for being brave and doing it 👏
I love your creation!!❤️❤️
I love your channel so so muchh‼️‼️ i love watching you crochet while i crochet aswell
Thank you for this inspirational video. I have several knitting machines including the Addi LK 150 and lk140. Your projects are beautiful, and I really love the yarn you used. The skirt and top set came out awesome. I used my Addi to make hats and scarfs for those emergency gifts during the holidays.
This machine is so sooo cool !!
a nice cozy throw blanket would be a great project.

I soooo badly want a knitting machine, and you’re making me want one even more now. 😂💜
Hey yo Jenna! Great job with the knitting machine. I was just thinking of pulling mine out of the garage but was a little apprehensive as I'm a hand knitter and it always kind of felt like "cheating" buuuuuttttt..... these hands have knit more garments than I ever thought imaginable and now they need an assist. This has inspired me to just get over myself and give it a go! Thank you for inspiring me. As you're expanding your designing skills may I recommend an oldie but a goodie book, The Knitters Handy Book of Sweater Patterns by Ann Budd. Machine or hand knit, this gives you the recipe you need to create any type of sweater you could dream of. Its one of the books I reference all the time when I'm designing a new garment. It's a total life saver. Can't wait to see what you create next! 💖
I’m crocheting with my hands while watching u go so fast 🥹🥲
Omg that machine is 750 cd and I’m not ever going to afford it, but it was really fun watching you use it!

oh my god the hand dyed yarn colors are soo pretty and i love the skirt, your style of clothing is really unique. how’d you hand dye the yarns? i’d love to dye my own!
Love it !! Love your energy ✨️ 💕
A few more pieces and you'll have a runway production! I haven’t laughed so much watching crafting. Thanks! I was just looking at some dusty knitting machine boxes at the local fabric store, so I've been chuckling since.
I used to have a yarn machine when I was young. The circular one is popular now so yes machine knitting seems to be back. You can still buy them at thrift stores.
The color palette is giving Lizzie McGuire and I love it!!! 🎉
Love your energy and your scarf!
Im excited to follow your journey with the knitting machine i have one too!
I don’t know how but when ever I crochet I watch your videos
Lol. This is like an arm/shoulder workout too!
Gorgeous well done!
Jenna, loved everything! I think you could have done the twisty-thing to the headband(s) like the tube top (which turned out SO cute) to make it not look like a headband for the cold and add a little more interest...just a thought! LOVE your channel - so unique, like you, and so creative 😍🤗!
Im crocheting while watching this and i gotta say that machine is amazing.
Jenna! You are so freaking talented!
I enjoyed watching this !!!!!❤ I can’t wait to own a knitting machine ..I just have the sentro for now!!! Thank youuuu for this video
That multi color mohair scarf is TO DIE FOR!!!
Knitting machines are so cool! I'd never seen one before!
You have such a good eye for color!!
I love this so much! the fit at the end when you put everything on together literally looks like a gucci runway fit 💀
The scarf that you had from the colourful mole hair yarn kinda reminds me of the painting of the starring night by van gogh
I really want to see more videos with this knitting machine.
That was so fun to watch!! I want to know more about how to set up the yarn...going to do some research
love you and ur content my queen
Hey! Jenna your contents are just wonderful and I really love your vlogs so so much you are my inspiration and I wish you reach 500K Subscribers very very soon!❤️☺️✨

I want one of these machines. So handy and speeds things up so much
Skirt and top are amazing!!!!
LOVE your knitted capsule wardrobe. ^_^.
I feel a lot better about my stash being one large hamper now so thanks for that lol
Love it hoping yo get one so I can make blankets keep up with the great work ❤❤
I want to do this but crochet because I can't knit haha. It's going into summer where I am so I'm excited to crochet cute summer tops!
Okay I so SO need one of those
For the short ones I think they'd look good worn the "German" way. XD It's just where my grandma learned it from. You fold it in half, put it around your neck still folded, and pull the ends through the loop! It's cute, and you get extra fluff around the collar~

I didn't know it's German way, but I can confirm it is really comfy, good looking and falling-off-of-your-neck-proof way of wearing scarfs.

YOU ARE AMAZING
Omg I love knitting while watching your videos 🥹
