Check out the 2022 edition, Zenbook S13, with Ryzen 6000 series processor

MacBook Air / pro retina displays are really good. In 10% brightness there is no light bleeding even in dark scenes. So it looks like OLED screen.

MacBook using Mini led screen backlight bleeding will be very low. It's not rocket science.

@@yyndsai Yes. Mini led but with lots of light zones that's why it looks like OLED. But it is a shame that we can't get a mini led in a standard monitor for a cheaper price. This can do a lot for PC users.

At 2:48, I noticed even the macbook has low brightness, it keeps the details, while asus, blows everything out, you can see the glass window railings in that shot. Is that real or is it' just because of filming??

Have always been a budget person when it came to laptops, I was able to get Zenbook 14x i5 at a great deal from best buy USA 500 USD .. damn, it's amazing ..zero cons so far

hey have to consider the ryzen 5 5600H or ryzen 7 5800H of this Asus Zenbook 14xoled laptop they might be older but the prices they are avaliable during sale I mean sometimes you might get it under 60K too during sales .... and those processors are still powerful than the p and u series processors of Intel. Also the material they used to give with them are a lot better than they are giving now.

A beast for the price I paid....was earlier opting for macbook air m1. But, dropped the plan considering the lawsuits against Apple regarding abrupt cracking of the screen, additional expense of external Samsung SSD, and unjustified costs of repair in case of damage. Also, Asus provides 3 year warranty + LADP for an additional cost of 2999₹

The new Mac processors are really good if you do development and need virtualization.... But if you don't want to get stuck with Mac and want to try other OS on the machine itself then can say no to macbook and find something suitable

Their video quality differs from your I mean both give 4k resolutions but I think you need to work on the bitrate of your video it makes your video quality poor even it is in 4k. ( It is quite noticeable in your colorful background ). Hope you'll sort it out.

I am using a laptop I got for 69k (nice), have been using all the software you mentioned above (+ some more GPU/CPU intensive tasks like Machine Learning). I have RTX 3050 with i5-11400H CPU. My budget was 70k maxed, since yours is a bit higher, I would say wait for a sale like Diwali etc, you can get a really nice laptop with 6 Gigs GDDR6 Memory (RTX 4000 Series graphic card). And don't go for crappy overpriced notebooks like in the video (although it has RTX 4050 - 6GB, still a bit overpriced). You need a good GPU to run image processing software and should be cost effective too.

Pixel Shift doesn't prevent Burn ins but just lessen them. The only reason I bought Xiaomi Notebook Pro 120G over Asus Zenbook 12th Gen i5 and 12th Gen i5 vivobook.

Requires good thermal management and that increases cost. If TDP is kept low then the H, P or U don't really matter, its mostly eye wash anyways.

Mini Led is just a fancy way of saying Conventional LCD-LED display. It's just that it has many dimming zones over conventional LED displays and can provide better contrast as compared to them. But still the mini led display can't match the level of Oleds in terms of response times and Contast. Don't confuse mini LED and micro LED. Micro LED is expected to rival OLEDs as they are almost as small as OLED pixels to get that amazing contrast. Last i remember Samsung has shown an 100 inch 1080p mini led tv. The technology is now under research and limited to large displays with lower resolutions. Hope it will be presented to the consumer electronics soon. As they won't face any burn in issues like OLEDs and will be as bright as LED displays.
